Maybe some shift upwards depending on what I'm sitting on .. the longer I have it less and less discomfort .. been about 10 weeks for the most part I don't even notice I have an implant. The photo of him folded does not really show a 135 degree bend persay. Also the hinge part is new and has not been bent much at this point. I was told that once it gets to 6 wks or so each time I take a shower to pull up ..sideways .. and down each time. When it is folded down much of it is in my fat pad and when you put any pressure on it with underwear or clothing it just pushes it down more. That is what it looks like standing much of it is in the fat pad .. the other photos I have posted are me laying on my back which tends to push everything out of the fat pad ... the last one was it from the side folded or stored .. I will say this new implant does not seem to bend and fold as easy as the last one. It could be that this one has not been bent nearly as much as the old one which I was told at about 6 weeks to bend up ..down ..left and right each shower to get the hinge part to loosen up .. I also have excessive skin on my penis from when it blew up last year and the thought I had an infection. They cut it from the piss slit down to the testicles. thank you frank66665 for creating the thread. I think there is very helpful information here for everyone with a malleable implant or for those who are thinking about getting one. And as the saying goes, a picture is sometimes worth a thousand words.

German guy the 2 photos pretty much explains your question .. me laying down I'm about 6 x 5 1/4
standing unless I pull up on the fat pad that is the look you get .. it will look much longer with the pad pulled back. My implant is 13mm x 20cm. The old one that was undersized was 13mm x 17cm big difference.

Given the risk of infection and its complications, the possibility of contracting an STD from sex workers that could lead to implant removal is scary. What do you think? I'm no expert on STD transmission and implants, but any genital infection with an implant is sounding like penile suicide to me.

once healed any infection has nothing to do with the implant, I have fucked hundreds of prostitutes, with condom, 6/7 fucked without condom, 3 times anal without condom, I'm not even a doctor, but I believe that STD it has nothing to do with the implant, to go to prostitutes you obviously have to be completely healed and use a condom
