New to the board and just ordered a Encore battery pump. Have been reading post here for a while and think a pump is the way for me to go.
Have made many notes of how to get started but I was thinking about buying some Osbone tension rings but don't have a clue what size to order.
I am 74 with no health problems other than ED. I can get an erection with pills but must have venous leakage as the blood seems to leak out after a few minutes. Thanks for all the information you guys provide. Hope to get my new pump within 10 days.

Re: tension ring size
When I measure my midshaft girth it is about 5 inches (5.25 inches after pumping) and I use a medium (standard tension). Perhaps that will help you determine the best size for you.

Congratulation on your decision to start pumping, I have been using the Encore pump for over a year and a half, with great results. What ring size to order is different for everyone. My pumped circumference is 6 inches at the base and I need to use the two tightest Osbon rings D and C to maintain a rock hard erection for 12 to 15 minutes. The best way to determine what is the ring or rings you need is trial and error. Luckily the Encore system normally comes with 4 or 7 rings of different sizes, so you can try different combinations until you determine the correct size of ring or rings you need. Another thing I found out is that the Encore rings and Osbon rings are very similar, so with the Encore system I use the two tightest rings and with the Osbon system I use the two tightest rings. Also too improve the pumping experience use a foam sleeve, I use the number 2 short sleeve and it works great. I tried the number 3 sleeve and it was just to big and a I could not get a enough constriction to have intercourse with two rings. Good luck and remember practice, practice, practice.

g-nut,
Way back, over on healingwell.com we had extensive discussions about osbon rings and sizes.
But in order to find all those old posts you have to use the correct search method (in your google search bar not the search that comes with healingwell).
'use something like this:
osbon site:www.healingwell.com
You will still have to slog thru hundreds of forum entries but it should be all the good stuff.
And for equal time of course you should also try:
osbon site:www.franktalk.org
Lots of the same discussions...
