Just got off a call with Nasimi. It was encouraging. If anyone is wondering, the current price for Dr Karaman is $10500USD. Nasimi answered all my questions. I don't really understand why Hakky said to cycle after 1 week and Karaman says wait 4 weeks. I'll follow the doctor's orders though!
My one concern is hiding this bulge for the 4 weeks post surgery. I work in a business environment. Slacks and tricked in shirts is the norm. I'm not sure at all how to go about that without looking crazy. Any suggestions?
With proper choice of underwear you will be able to manage it. The first few days are very painful and you should not look to get back to work for atleast 8-10 days imo.
Implanted 9/30 with Dr Karaman in Istanbul (pg 4 starts Day 1)
Re: The Journey Begins (Dr Karaman Log)
Thanks for the tips man. What type of underwear did you go with?

I bought the Tom Hardy one. Separatec is also very popular in the community. But honestly I was most comfortable not wearing any when I was at home and resting for the first few days.

Yes, I used the Turkish Rigicon website and had it google translated to English. Took two messages 2 weeks apart to get a response from the sales engineer via Whatsapp, then a 15min call. As I am based in Northern Europe for the next years it just makes sense to use Dr Karaman, and the price is right!
Mr Batikans official Rigicon whatsapp is +90 554 748 16 16
Ask if we can get a discount for two!

48 Fit, married 10 years, pills stopped working after 15 years. WAS scheduled 12 July 2024 by Dr Rohit Krishna in New Delhi who turned out to be a scam! Planning for Rigicon 10AX inflatable with Dr Karaman in Istanbul, Turkiye later this year.

I am more thankful for you than you can know! Much appreciated the info and contact that you shared. I would be stuck with a limp without you guys! (Pun intended)

I searched "Tom Hardy underwear" in Google and all I got was pics of the actor that I didn't care to see lol. I guess I'll cross that bridge once I get to it tho. Thanks!

Hey man! I spoke with Mr Batikan. I’m hoping to get mine done at the end of Sept. I see you almost got scammed by the New Dheli guy. That would have sucked. Just curious, what gives you the comfort to know this guy isn’t a scammer too?

I spoke with Mr Batikan at Rigicon whom is facilitating my trip and surgery to Dr Karaman. Cost with hotel is €7500, or 8400USD. I suggest to everyone to go on rigicons website and send a request. Althogh price is just a bit higher as mentioned, it would cover the airfare at least. Just my two cents (my opinion). Please update as you go along as Im planning for a November surgery with Dr Karaman. The lifetime warranty is a huge plus, and from my understanding the potential failures of pump etc. seem equivalent. Not many AMS or Titan implantees posting about theirs working perfecr for more than 5-6 years without revisions from what I’ve read here.
Best of luck brother!

Now that I think about it, you got with him from going through the website. That reassures me. I googled God name and a bunch of pictures pop up that are different from his current linkedin. I’m just extra careful about so much money!

Re: The Journey Begins (Dr Karaman Log)
Ok, so I've come to decision time. I've begun discussions with both Nasimi (hospital rep for Dr Karaman) and B.G. (Rigicon sales person). The Rigicon rep is charging about $1500 less than Nasimi. I've already taken out a loan for the procedure, and I could really use every dollar I could save. However, to this point, Nasimi's offer is giving me much more confidence. He sends documentation, will provide a confirmation letter from the doctor once scheduled, requires a deposit, and will provide details about the procedure. On top of this, we have documented reports from prior patients on this board. The gentleman from Rigicon, though nice, seems to be more of a risk. I'd likely need to secure additional funds to go with Nasimi, but like I said, it seems like more of a sure thing and smoother experience. Because of my financial situation, however, I'm still up in the air.
Either way, I'm looking to have the surgery in the beginning of October. I'll keep you guys updated.

Re: The Journey Begins (Dr Karaman Log)
For these reasons, I’ve decided it’s worth it to pay the extra bucks and get it done through Nasimi. I’ll be making the long trip to Turkey at the end of next month.
