How do you eliminate soreness after pumping???? :? :? :?
72 married male. monogamous 50+ years. Nerve issues - laminectomy/fusion L4/5. Sciatica issues. Can get full but not hard. Some loss of feeling, can ejaculate. good precum. miss spontaneous sex. On TRT. 10+ years ED, viagra, now on trimix 30/1/10

What is sore?
Married 50+ years. Use VED for sex and do
daily exercises with both water and vacuum pumps.

Are you not using lube in tube? Are you over pumping? Either can cause soreness or discomfort.

Try shorter times. Cycle pump for five minutes then rest for five minutes, do this for 30 minutes twice a day as part of a morning routine and in the evening. If you aren't sore then you can go up in number of cycles however the gains you might have quickly diminish. If you get some soreness obviously back off if it is more than just a little. You might have some as a beginner just back off let things heal till all discomfort is gone and then start up again slowly. Edema is common if you over pump and that isn't going to get you gains and can cause other problems not just pain.

I think that is reasonable. What about the rest here?

You're either using too much pressure, in the pump too long, or both.

If you're already sore, I wouldn't pump any more than every other day until you heal, and maybe even after.

It's your dick, do what you want with it.
Retired 65 y.o. Married. Moderate ED since 2019. Use constriction band ocassionately to help maintain erection, or Cialis/Viagra. Nocturnal/morning erections returning with VED usage. Lower libido than before.
