Trimix Erection vs. Natural Erection?

March of 2023 I had prostate surgery and of course lost my ability to achieve a natural erection. I’ve been injecting now for nearly a year and a half and I am very satisfied with the results with the RX giving me the ability to regain my manhood. However, I have noticed that my Trimix injecting doesn’t give me the same size and shape that I had before my surgery. It would be interesting to see if you other fellas who had their prostate removed and who are now using TriMix have noticed that, with a successful injection your erection is the same as before surgery or different.

Is your erection the same length, shorter, or longer?

Is your erection the same thickness, thicker, or thinner?

Is your erection as firm, firmer, or less firm?

If your natural erection had a curve ( upward or downward ), does it still curve?

Does your erection still have the erect angle as before? Straight out, upward angle, or downward angle?

Do the surface veins along your shaft appear any different? The same as before, more pronounced, or less pronounced?

Is the engorgement of your glans / corona the same, more pronounced, or less?

For fellas not circumcised ….. is your foreskin any different? Covers your glans the same, more, or less?

My TriMix erection vs. my natural erection before surgery: I am shorter by an inch and a half. I am thicker by an inch and a half. I use to have a upward curve but don’t anymore. My erection use to have a 45 degree upward angle, but now points straight out or slightly down. The surface veins along my shaft are much more pronounced. My glans and corona are much fuller and thicker and much fuller. I am not as firm as before. I have also notice as well that the overall color of my shaft is darker in color than before, and my glans is more a purple color.

Side note: Before, when I would get an erection my scrotum would pull upward tight against the base of my shaft and remain up and tight until I climaxed. But now my scrotum hangs down the same as when I am not erect during the time I have my TriMix boner. Anyone else experience the same?

It would be interesting to see if you other fellas who had their prostate removed and who are now using TriMix have noticed that, with a successful injection your erection is the same as before surgery or different.

I'm a little shorter. I no longer hit my wife's cervix. But she didn't like that anyhow.

Depends on the dose injected. Generally not as hard as I have less anorgasmia if its less hard.

Generally not as much. Given a large enough alprostadil dose I can regain much of the up pointing towel hanger but at a cost.

My glans does get engorged after arousal but not by injection alone.

I never measured my dick pre cancer surgery. I'm shorter after the surgery but I don't know by how much. I do get length recovery when I use a VED regularly but I'm not consistent with that. If I inject a large enough dose I will get very hard, point up and even have my natural banana curve. I've noticed no color change from injecting. I don't really know if I've gotten more veiny. I'm fairly sure I have more girth, but again, I never measured before surgery.

My sack is hanging lower than in my youth. And I suspect that's the main cause...I'm no longer a yute.

I'm basing my response on my last erections using Viagra (when it worked well) and I was fully erect and could cut diamonds.

I haven't had prostate surgery, but I have been injecting trimix for over five years now with very good results.

To answer your questions:

My erections are slightly shorter than prior to starting trimix. My girth has increased substantially, especially towards the base of my penis when erect.

My erection angle (when standing) used to be more upwards prior to using trimix, at about a 45-degree angle. It's now more horizontal to my body and points outward at about a 90-degree angle when standing.

With regards to firmness, my erections are generally much harder now using trimix than when previously taking the pills. Occasionally I have experienced extreme firmness to a degree which was uncomfortable or even somewhat painful for a short period of time. I haven't ever experienced a priapism episode since the duration of the pain never lasted more than an hour, and the pain was never severe or unbearable, although on rare occasions it was too painful for enjoying intercourse. Most of the time the firmness of my erection on trimix is nearly the perfect amount of firmness desired for maximizing sexual pleasure for both myself and my girlfriend.

There hasn't been any change in the appearance of surface veins along my shaft with using trimix.

The engorgement of my glans is slightly less pronounced with trimix.

I didn't have any curvature of my erection prior to using trimix, and no development of any curvature since starting my trimix injections.

I've been using Trimix for 4 years - no prostate surgery, thankfully - but increased ED w diminished success on pills. Now on a Super Trimix formula and take 5mg Tadalafil daily (for BPH -:) and use a cock ring - typically Xialla. Injections and a cock ring are my end game since I am not a "candidate" for IP - an uncut grower with significant growth when erect. Flaccid would have been grist for locker room insults

Maybe subjective, but it is definitely shorter -seems like my cock has "shrunk" about inch and half over time. Initial lose dose base formula injections didn't effect length.

Thicker - particularly toward the base. That has changed over time - as with length. I added a cock ring after getting confirmation of bad venous leakage. Don't know if that has contributed since my cock really "thickens" when its hard and using a ring.

I am uncut and foreskin peels back as my cock gets hard - maybe a function of also being a grower. When fully hard foreskin will not cover the corona and seems to tighten some and make it bigger - maybe a function of the increased thickness / cock ring usage?
