FUPA removal before or after implant

I’d like to consider have the fat pad over Mr Johnson reduced before an implant. Has anyone had FUPA removed before, during or after an implant procedure? Wonder what the best sequence would be.

It's a tummy tuck ..very painful ..high risk of infection ..I considered it since he is swallowed up by my fat pad but not worth the risk for the gains but to each his own of course ..do your research ..

I had one done during the revision surgery last January . My revision was done infrapubic so there was no extra incisions being made for the fat pad removal and therefore no higher infection risk. It was a game changer for me .

Hi Tmansdorfer, I can't contact you privately because my inbox is full and you don't empty it under any circumstances, I wanted to ask you, in 7 days I'll be doing a revision with infrapubic like you, I would like to know how you felt after 4/5 days from the revision, if you were able to face a 600km car journey, driving the car

For me the revisions got easier and easier the more I have had. With infrapubic I believe by day three or four I was back to doing almost everything. after about 5 days I was back at work. For me the infrapubic recovery was a lot easier than penoscrotal.

i would consider before implant surgery or at the same time of implant surgery. I don't think its a good option after you already have an implant, because the tubing could be in the same area of the FUPA removal and could cause infection. Just make sure you go through a urologist that does plastic surgery, not a plastic surgeon.
