I use to live in the Caribbean, my best friend owned a pharmacy there and gave me some kamagra oral jelly. I have always found Viagra to be the first and very worst of ED medications. Kamagra oral jelly is just Viagra folks, basically useless to me.
If you want a pill that works then Levitra is the best of the bunch. Stendra is supposedly better but is not available in N.A. as yet.
ED pills stopped working for me 7 years ago. Thank God I found Trimix!

For me it does, the entire package gets hard as a nail. I credit a lot of my luck to losing the weight (with Ozempic) starting on the VED which has rejuvenated my penis. The expansion I have undergone since using the VED, starting back on daily Androgel is amazing.

In my experience, a lot of the sildenafil sold in pharmacies here in the U.S. are substandard. I can tell by the lack of (visual) side effects. They don't have the telltale blue vision. And of course they don't work.

They are all imported from India. They may start out good there but there was a recent article in the NYT explaining how many medications sold in the U.S. get cooked by high temperatures (in containers, etc.) along the delivery chain.
