Resting now after 7 am surgery. I have not spoken with surgeon, but understand all went well. I am sore in abdomin as I would be after streneous stomach excersizes. Probably sore in pubic area in a few more hours. I wii repot more later. b

12 hours later. Had my second hydrocodone mostly just for abdominal discomfort. This pain bothers me trying to move or get out of bed for walk. I now understand the pain is from placement of reservior of which my surgeon does somewhat different than netting overall better function/outcome. First hydrocodone at four managed fine. First walk was good once out of bed. Ido feel good but realize swelling has not taken place yet, tomorrow may reveal the swelling and scrotum pain. So far, so good.
