Congratulations. Sounds like a total success story.

Yes. The surgeon in fact is high volume. He already measured length (pulled flaccid length) and it was exactly the same as my pre ED ercet size.

I'm also gonna ask him if he recommends agressive sizing measurement (NLMT) which is shown to conserve length in addition with daily cycling post op. -> https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25872574/

My girth was fine, not thinn, but not the biggest. around/a little over 5 inches. Now, I am at 5,6inches and still feel the stretch, so girthwise you are fine. What is the reason for your ED?

Thanks for your answer. 0,6 inches girth increase is crazy.
I also read your journey yesterday and that you lost a lot of length which is harsh, sorry for that man. Are you seeing ANY improvements by cycling. Also do your doctors know what the heck happened?

If I'm losing 2 inches I'm nothing short of fucked up. Horror story for real dude. Really hope you get the length back (... not even knowing what it feels like having a big dick  life is strange)

What's the reason for my ED?
That's the big question to be honest, which I stopped asking myself since nobody has an answer.

Last year I noticed my erections getting weaker from time to time but I didn't think much of it. I started getting really nervous when I lost my morning wood and made appointments. It took 6 months of local urologist hopping until I met Dr. Leiber-Caspers in Krefeld (great physician, very empathetic). Cavernosography showed heavy venous leak. PDE5 inhibitors and also injections didn't do anything so IPP is the only route.

There was a small sex accident around that time my erections got weaker where my penis bent a bit. Slightly painful in the moment but I kept my erection afterwards so it's not related doctors say.

Its really weired. If would have had the length I have now my entire life, I am pretty sure, I would be fine. But now, having almost 2 inches more a few weeks ago, its just a little harsh in the head.

Nice to hear.
I wrote my doc about it and have an appointement on friday. I am pretty sure i got undersized a little, also I am pretty sure my doc will say "all good, no need to do something, it is what it is..."
I have ordered my surgery notes/protocoll, where he wrote the pre surgery meassurements he perfomed during surgery (BPEL, not internal meassurements) and also booked an appointement for a second opinion allready, in case my doc will just send me off. Funny thing: my second opinion appointement (middle of december) is in krefeld with Dr. Leiber

Why do you think he would downplay your size loss? I mean your Doc is a very big name and 2 inches is not insignificant.

Oha! Not gonna lie, I'm also excited what Dr. Leiber has to say since your appointment is 2 weeks before my surgery.

But I hope you get it sorted out with your surgeon.
