Can you and your partner feel your Tubing?

I am wondering if implanted people here can feel the tubing? I got implanted about a month ago, penoscrotal. I definetely feel the tubes on the left side of my penis at the base (the one that goes to the reservoir), and also under the shaft of the penis also at the base (probably the ones coming out of the cylinders).

This protrudes slightly, limiting what i believe can be usable length of the penis for full penetration.

For example before i was measuring my erect length bone pressed as i would often penetrate all the way as deep as i can. However with these protrusions i feel this would probably limit my usable length a couple cm at least. I havent had sex yet because i am only 1 month out of surgery but wonder if anyone else experienced this? And did you have penoscrotal or infrapubic? i wonder if it makes a difference.

Same! Exactly the same with me. a little tubing at the base, which does not bother me at all. and then there is the huge block of tubing under the shaft/in the scrotum, also on resercoir side which has no give to it. This 100% is the limit for usable length, which is now 3,9inches for me. meassured on top, not bone pressed is 5,3, but as you said, you cant use everything now. Coming from aaround 7inches non bone pressed, this is the most fucked up thing ever

Im 3 months out from surgery, I am experiencing the same thing. I can feel the cylinder tubing (NOT the pump tubing) on the left side of the shaft. the right cylinder tubing I can also feel but it's really not that noticeable.

in September, I raised this concern with my doctor, and based on the pictures I sent him he had thought that the pump position wasn't right and it was the pump tubing. He even offered to do revision surgery for free so we could readjust it. But when I saw him in person a few days ago, he said the tubing is actually coming from the cylinder which can't be trimmed. He said technically he could remove the 1cm RTE so the tubing would be more proximal, but it could create other problem where the cylinder doesnt go far enough into the glans (floppy glans symdrome) and recommended against it. His theory is that because the penis initially shrinks post op, as I continue to cycle and the corpora expands, it might resolve itself in time. He also said it's mostly not a concern and not felt by women during sex.

I haven't tried having sex with a women yet since I'm still feeling like I'm recovering, would love to hear other's thoughts on this. feel free to DM me to chat more too!

Yes, I can feel the tubes down there, but they don't bother me at all. I had my implant done at a military hospital in San Antonio and even though he wasn't a high volume doc, he did an excellent job suturing all the tubes to keep them in place. My wife has never complained or said anything about feeling the tubes. The only thing she has told me is pump it up as hard as it can go because I like it hard
I voted on the poll and said I can only feel it.

Thankfully I got lucky with a Army Major Urology Doctor who was trained well and did an excellent job

The solution to the RTE Poblem may be, taking a 22cm Titan and trimming it, as Dr. Eid often does.

Stampede, I don't think the Rte is the problem. His anatomy controls where the tubing exits his penis. Removing a Rte would lower the exit point. Taking a longer cylinder then trimming it would likely return the exit point to where it is now. So no tubing improvement.

The RTW being the problem was my assumption based on Op's words. "The surgeon could remove the RTE to get the tubing more proximal"

By adding an RTE, your are increasing the lenght of the implant by adding length to the proximal part. By trimming and taking a longer cylinder, you shift the lenght "increase" to the distal part of the cylinder. The point where tubing exits the cylinder, lets say 2cm meassured from the proximal tip of the cylinder, is the same, no matter how long the titan cylinder is. So by trimming the proximal tip, you are moving this point more proximal. By adding an RTE you are moving this point more distal.
