I take Tadalafil, but inconsistently, so generally 5 mg per day but when having sex 10-15 mg.

I have taken Viagra up to 50 mg occasionally alongside 5 mg Cialis.

I have also taken Avanafil 100 mg.

They work to a certain extent,without them I would probably never get an erection good enough, but its still not rock solid 100% and rarely lasts past 5-10 minutes. I havent tried the max dose of any but I cant see how going form 75% of the doses would suddenly make all the difference. Pills simply wont overcome the muscle and psychological stress issues.

The big thing is whether injections will for me.

Aprostadil based ones wont because I get pain from the Aprostadil, so Im pinning all my hopes on Invicorp. Even then the hassle of needles is a drain and needles tend to temporarily cause me to have a vassovagal attack.

The only other option is fixing the pelvic floor issues- which is nigh on impossible and finding an anti anxeity medication to deal with the psycological barrier thats developed.

Ether way its a lot of stress, anxeity and pill taking all the time.

Popping three or four pills to mitigate every symptom of ED is tiring. Especially when its only going to worsen.

Decision would be easier if my Ed was profound.
