Hi,
Anyone had any luck using vitamins (B6, Ashwagandha, Vitamin E, Zinc and Puriens) to lower prolactin and hence help with delayed ejaculation?
Thanks
Anyone here had luck with Cabergoline to improve orgasm chances ?

i have been taking all except puriens for years. no luck at all. cabergoline reduced my prolactin level to nothing and it did not help. sorry if i am a downer, just my experience.

Thank you for the reply. I guess at age 71 I just have to live with Anorgasmia
Re: Anyone here had luck with Cabergoline to improve orgasm chances ?
I'm ~anorgasmic only during penetration but under manual stimulation I can usually get off fairly well. For that reason I have mentally separated the orgasm from the act of having sex. I can enjoy giving pleasure as long as I want and later if I need to, I can get off by myself, manually.
I take three supplements, Pygeum, sunflower lecithin and zinc which I believe improves volume and consistency of my semen (more, thicker and whiter/milkier). I take Cabergoline but it didn't do what I wanted if to. I choose to continue taking it now because it does give me the side effect of "hyper-sexuality" meaning I want it all the time and still want more even immediately after orgasm.

Hi,
I've tried a variety of approaches to improve sexual health, and while vitamins like B6, Ashwagandha, Vitamin E, Zinc, and Puriens may have some potential benefits, I personally found that medications like tadalafil work much more reliably for me. Tadalafil, in particular, helps with blood flow and overall sexual performance, which indirectly improves ejaculation timing. It’s been effective for me in addressing delays without focusing too much on prolactin levels.
That said, it's always good to experiment and find what works best for your body, but if you’re looking for consistent results, tadalafil might be worth considering alongside any supplements you’re using.
However, I’d strongly recommend ensuring that you use only high-quality Cialis (tadalafil) from trusted sources. Low-quality or counterfeit medications can not only be ineffective but may also pose serious health risks. By choosing reliable suppliers, you ensure the medication works as intended and minimizes the chances of unwanted side effects. Quality really makes a difference!

I've been taking Cabergoline for several years. It definitely lowers my prolactin levels but I can't say it helps with ejaculation. It may, but my declining responsiveness may be more aggressive than the lower prolactin levels help. But I'm afraid to stop lest the Cabergoline be providing some assistance.
