MS_Man wrote:So I had my consultation today and I indeed have an issue with the glans. I've been prescribed cream and pellets to help with hardening it and scheduled for a circumcision in January to take pressure off the glans.

I've been told the rods are in as far as they can go and every person is different in relation to how far in they go.

He told me I've already increased slightly in length.

Whats everyone's take on this? Is it a case of it is what it is or is it a case of being undersized?

What do you mean by "pellets"?

Regarding "the rods are as far as they can go", that's what every doctor who ever underzised anyone would say. If you want to get absolutely no doubt about that topic, get a penile MRI. I just got MRI on mine and the images are super clear, it shows where my corpus cavernosa ends and where the cylinder ends, and in your case it should show the gap between the two. If you are in USA probably an MRI is super expensive but where I am now they are super cheap (got one for about $250).

In any case, get a second opinion from another doctor (high volume one).

It is very unlikely that a circumsicion or a cream will make an undersized implant fixed.

no mri needed. dont spend more money on a poorly installed implant. obviously there are several centimeters between the tips of the implants and the glans. save money on a revision with a real implanter

I've got the cream but haven't used it yet.
The pellets are something you pop into the head of the penis to enlarge the glans apparently.
Can't source them at the moment anyways.

I'm in contact with my insurance company about trying to get cover for another surgeon outside of the country so we'll see how that goes.

If I can get any cover I'll go straight to Dr. Clavell and see if he'll do an online consultation

Can you tell me more about these pellets? Do they contain any drug inside? Do you know what is the name for it?

And what is the name of the cream?

when you touch your glans, or the shafts laterally where the cylinders are, in your opinion where do you touch the end of the tips, make a mark on the photo you posted and repost it, you can clearly see that the tips do not reach the glans, from that photo you can you see that the implant reaches the beginning of the glans, fully inflated it should reach half of the glans for an excellent result

Both are Alprostadil. The pellets are basically a suppository version of the cream. Both go into the head of the penis.

Interesting, I have never used any of those pellets or creams. Can you get that in any random pharmacy? Or is it necessary to get a prescription for it?

A prescription is required here in Ireland anyways. I'm not sure if that's the case everywhere

Have you tried those pellets already? le me know what you think of it. I am also experiencing floppy glans, like yourself. I tried viagra. My glans definetely engorges with viagra, it becomes bigger, but it is still floppy, as there is no support at the base of it. I suspect you will have a similar experience, but let me know how it goes.
By the way, my MRI is super clear, i have not posted it here in the forum publically, but anyone who looks at that image (not even a doctor), can realize the tips in my implant are not positioned correctly.

as you can see, even with high volume implantologists each implant is different, problems can arise with all of them
