A few questions:

1) Which implant do you have AMS CX or Titan?
2) What is your girth just above the bulge (towards the base)?
3) What is the width of your glans side to side where the implant tips are?

I'm thinking if your glans width side to side is much narrower than your girth near the glans, the implant cylinder will have to make a significant bend causing increased outward shear force causing your tunica to have expanded more where you bulge is. But my hypothesis may not be true. Depends on the dimensions in my questions.
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant.

Can you get your cylinders to 100% erect or is it weaker?

What exactly are dog ears? I have heard this mentioned a number of times.

I have an issue with the left side beveling out a little like the guy has in this photo, but I also have what feels like a hard lump with the tip of the left cylinder and am worried about it, very much hoping it is not extrusion or damage to the cylinder. Since this lump appeared I now sometimes have a gap at the bottom on the left of the penis, sometimes not - kind of the tubing?

I had a small bump on the right side that resolved after my first month of cycling. But now I have something similar to your picture. it feels like a hard bump even when it’s inflated. Granted I haven’t had the surgery too long ago, and my doctor reassured me that it’ll go away once my tissues expands with regular cycling. Does yours feel hard to touch or is it soft?

Also, Has anybody experienced something like this before?
