has anyone done hyaluronic acid fillers? Recommended or not?

Shaft only. My implanter was not a fan of filler in the glans.

6 months between and the picture is about 4 months after the last fill. I am 4 months since the pic and my dick still looks the same.

I want more but my doc is just wait. If the shaft is too thick then the head looks too small so something to consider.

Yes my penis is softer w the filler and part of the resson doing it was to make it less oval when hard.

It is kind of nice when you hear " there is no way that is going to fit "

You did them 6 months apart because the results were gone after 6 months, or because you wanted a bigger girth than the previous result?

I agree that if you make the shaft too thick the glans will look small and that's what I'm worried about.

But I do like the idea of making the shaft somewhat softer. My cylinder tips do not reach the glans and they are palpable as hard plastic on the sides, I was thinking a bit of hyaluronic acid would makw it lfeel more natural to the touch.

Went back because I wanted bigger.

Don't we all.

The Dr thinks I will get a year but some filler will always remain.

I don't see the filler reducing. I just want to keep being bigger

Honestly your picture looks great to me. And I'd be worried if I get bigger at that point your glans might start looking too small in comparison?

I had my initial filler done by Dr. Hakky who did a horrible job which left my penis so deformed I had to go to another urologist to fix his mistake. I didn’t go back to Dr. Hakky because after I showed pics of the final result, his office staff said they could fix it for me but would charge full price for the correction. I wasn’t about to cough up another nearly $12,000, so I went to another urologist. That urologist fixed Dr. Hakky’s botched job by dissolving and adding filler to even it out. I have since found another doctor who knows what he is doing.

How do you feel after your second result? Is it something you would do again or recommend?

Any chance of posting pictures?

Yes, I would recommend and do plan to have more filler in the future. The filler certainly helps diminish the oval appearance. However, if you do decide to move forward with the filler, it’s important you follow aftercare instructions so the filler does not migrate.

Hyaluronic acid is the filler used in every procedure I’ve had. Dr. Elliot Heller, a NYC based plastic surgeon, is who I go to now. 1 cc runs about $700.

Fat transfer is permanent, I’m surprised dr Hakky didn’t do a satisfactory job

Having a spent a lot of time in the filler community, I would highly recommend only going to a high volume implant surgeon for filler because they know the exact anatomy of the penile tissues relative to the implant cylinders. They are also known world-class surgeons.

I think there is a ton of risk going to a non-implanting injector, even if they were trained under an implant surgeon to do the fillers.

Even within the filler community with guys who don't have implants, there are a ton of bad results coming from filler providers who are associated with well-known organizations.

While I'm adamant that most men do not need filler and that it won't improve your quality of life, if you are hell bent on trying it then please go to a high volume implant surgeon (Hakky, Cordon, Clavell, Perito) and only do HA. This isn't to say some guys don't enjoy their filler or don't have a good time with it, I just don't think its necessary and for most men isn't going to meaningly improve their lives, especially on a risk-adjusted basis.

I also highly recommending letting the HA dissolve naturally instead of dissolving with with hyaluronidase dissolver. There is a whole subreddit created for people who have had nightmare experiences from the side affects of the hyaluronidase enzyme, causing systemic tissue damage in their skin and other organs that never reverses.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Hyaluronidase/

Why does the complication happen? The idea is that the human body uses natural HA throughout in all tissues to support collagen. If hyaluronidase goes systemic or anywhere outside the HA filler area, it will start to break down the bodies natural HA, therefore comprimising the collagen/tissue integrity of the areas of affected.

Supporting study: https://journals.lww.com/prsgo/fulltext ... es.55.aspx - shows about a 18% complication rate which they call "post hyaluronidase syndrome"

Again, HA does NOT = hyaluronidase. HA is the actually filler, hyaluronidase is the enzyme that dissolves the HA.

If I were to try to dissolve HA naturally - I've heard of number of guys report that using a penis pump increased the dissolving rate, likely due to increased blood flow into the tissues.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

I just spoke with Hakky and he told me lip filler works as well. I wonder if anyone has tried that?
