I imagine your penis is completely erect. I'm curious about transportation. How did you conceal it after the surgery and then getting in the house?
Could you climb stairs after the surgery?
Are you living with people? Is your penis concealed?
Can people come talk to you without seeing your erection?

Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

Not at all, I am still 6.5 inches in length and 2” around or so. Sitting in a chair my penis looks smaller but it was that way before the implant too. I don’t have the girthiest penis ever but I’ve never had anything but positive reviews lol

I walked to CVS to pick up my meds. I had my penis under a coat but also had a backpack in front of me. There’s no way to conceal it until it’s bent, and I can’t bend it yet until it’s more healed and safe to do so.
Haven’t attempted climbing stairs since I live in a high-rise elevator building.
I live alone. This made the first few days kind of difficult.

Until bending becomes 2nd nature, some individuals with malleables conseal the penis to 12 o clock position, using this elastic strap method as shown by user Chintu here:
12 o clock malleable positioning:

3 inch wide strap:

As with bending, I would assume that this also has to be done with caution and doctor's approval, after adding protective layers of gauze and wraps to avoid injuring the fresh incision. Baby socks (elastic cut out) are also useful if glans sensitivity is very high (usually for uncircumcised individuals).

The pressure I felt in my glans was probably solely due to the wrap pressure. I’m shocked at how natural the penis looks. Hoping things keep going this way.
Duke, I know it’s your third day, but want to welcome you to the Bionic Brotherhood. I’m so glad that everything is going well and your new Bionic Dick looks natural.
Keep us posted about your progress.

Thank you! I’m still curious as to when I can bend the malleable into place. I have Christmas dinner in a couple weeks and can’t afford to walk into my friend’s house with my erect hog pointing to magnetic north.
I'm glad it went well, not many of us on here with the Genisis Malleable, like I told you, your going too love it, It was for sure the easiest surgery I have had, in and out in one day, the peeing problem will be gone in no time, stay off the pain meds, and once you start your full showers you'll feel even better.
Don't worry about the bending thing, it's not really bending it, I guess I haven't really found any hinge or bending point to it at all, the whole thing is flexible, it's not an iron rod, I guess I would call it positioning it in place, after a month I just wore a little tighter boxers and position it down along my left leg, it stays in place nice and the wifey says it gives a nice chubby looking eye catcher without looking like I have a raging hardon.
And yes, I agree on the more natural look, and what your going to find after that is the natural feeling of your old erection, which I never got with the IPP's.
Its so natural looking and feeling that I forget I have a MPP.
Oh, and those couple of guys that asked you about size loss,,,, well get use to it,,, there is going to be more of that question, and I think it is alot to do with the fact that if you want the biggest dick possible you have to go with the IPP, the thing they don't tell you is there is very little difference between the 2 when I compare pic's I took of my IPP before I went to the MPP, when ever I look at the difference I get that dumb fucker feeling for going thru so many IPP's before going to the MPP.
Like I said,,,,,,,,, Your going to love it............ keep us updated and take a few pic's if your good with it.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

Re: Malleable journal - nervous but hopeful
The size loss thing is knocked around on here so much it has become an old song ..you lose size as you age period ..if you have ED for any length of time you lose size .. The only true way to do size is to have a measurement when you were 25 and a measurement now .. and do it exactly the same way ..allow for fat pad ..etc ..etc .. in our minds we were all bigger ..I had bigger girth with a natureal erection of course then my mallabble .. do I have an old measurement of my girth 25 yrs ago no .. but I have an erection that gets me back in the game and that is all any of us is trying to do is it not?
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell
