The implant does not deflate fully. It just deflates 50%. I am not sure if this is because I keep it highly inflated continuously for about 10 or 12 days when I need to use it continuously It get 50% deflated only and the penis still remains erect.
My question is is it a good or bad idea to keep it highly inflated for a week so that I don't have the stress of inflating it or is it harmful?

Dr Calvell has a video where he mentions he has a patient that goes to him to fully inflate for his holiday as he said the dr does a better job of it, this dude keeps his max inflation for the whole holiday. So as far as im aware there is no damage/harm done by leaving it inflated. in the same video he mentions about keeping a natural erection for longer than 4 hours with a OEM penis is dangerous, with the implant he said its nothing to worry about.
