I gave up on tight underwear and just went back to the loose fitting trunks, the trunks tent enough to minimize any “ show” and no one gives a crap anyway, so no worries about being a bit of a shower .
For me, it’s not about attempting to hide the bulge. It’s a matter of physical discomfort. Certain exercises can smash the boy-parts, and it friggin hurts! LOL! I don’t have a prudish bone in my body, and I couldn’t care less about what other folks can or cannot see. But the implant can become a painful distraction, and I’d rather keep my attention on maintaining proper form while lifting. I’m only 9 months post-op, and it continues to (slowly!) become more comfortable over time. Hopefully I’ll get to a point where I no longer feel discomfort at the gym, but I’m not there yet. And I know I’m not alone in this experience. Plenty of other guys have mentioned needing better support after an implant procedure.
