How much softer does the CX becomes in flaccid state over time?

Softer will come in time. As much as I have the Titan it was the same at first, stiff and stuck out. It took some learning to get it deflated fully, but it was still way bigger than my previous flaccid state. Took about a year to learn to live with the new me, get it softer and deflated as much as possible.

Thank you all for your replies. As for being slightly inflated, I’ve asked my surgeon again and he confirmed that I’m fully deflated. Did he squeeze my penis to get every drop of saline out, or did he not try to inflate the implant? I have no idea.

As for the size of my scrotum and its ability to accommodate all the hardware, I have quite saggy balls I’d say so I’d expect my dick to rest alongside my scrotum once it becomes softer and points to the ground. But we’ll see! What now worries me, as expressed in my journal, is this kink in the right cylinder. Hope it resolves itself!
30 years old French with ED caused by priapism episodes at the age of 15. Implanted with 21cm + 3cm RTEs AMS 700 CX MS pump on 05/12/2024 by Dr Sébastien Beley. Pills had lost most of their potency, injections worked but were painful and inconvenient.

Does the CX retract or accordion back when flaccid? I'm assuming that what happens with the LGX.
55 year old divorced 10 years, now with new partner, struggling with ED. Tried pills, injections, shock therapy. Interested in implant. Scheduled for AMS with Dr. Patel San Diego in Jan 2025.

No, there is no "accordian" action from any implant. You can imagine how uncomfortable that would be, let alone adding a few dozen failure points at each crease.

The LGX claims to expand in two directions, girth and length. Girth, for sure, as is the case with all implants and what gives them rigidity for penetration. Length is much more suspect. The LGX model has proven to be much less rigid when fully deployed, likely due to the design "capability" of stretching in the length direction. You give up rigidity for this. That being said, by all reports it seems to be plenty rigid for what it is used for, so maybe that's a bench test concern, but not a real life concern. The CX and Titan are within spitting distance of each other in terms or rigidity, the LGX is much lower.

For me, I don't personally believe the LGX marketing claims. Any reputable surgeon would only install an implant that your body could accommodate, which is measured at the time of installation. The LGX is not designed to have a 23cm LGX put into a 21cm measured penis. You can imaging the pain and damage that could cause, not to mention the liability. The surgeon installs a 21cm LGX into a 21cm penis. Exactly what is done with a CX or Titan. It is not designed to push your 21cm penis to 23cm when deployed.

Where the LGX seems to gain some traction is the marketing that this implant "grows in length!". Yes it does, marginally, but only to your measured length. So where's the benefit? I suppose you would have a flaccid that may be a tiny bit shorter, but at the cost of lower rigidity. I personally can't see the benefit. My guess is all of us started our research and immediately decided the LGX was the way to go, then as we were educated and spoke with different docs the enthusiasm for the LGX waned.

All men are looking for an implant to make their OEM dicks bigger. There's a multi-million dollar industry just based on how to make your wiener longer and to finally satisfy that insatiable smoking hot woman you've had your eye on. IMO, this is what AMS is marketing to with the LGX. We all want bigger, and with the LGX they can say it'll grow, but in reality....

Also, it's telling that no other manufacturer has gone this route. If Coloplast thought there was money being left on the table I'm certain they would develop an implant that could make similar claims. They haven't. Also, many (most?) of the high-volume docs don't push the LGX at all, I assume they have good reason.

I saw a guy with lgx in real life. It won't make your penis bigger. It actually grows in length when activated and shrinks when deactivated, like a natural penis. That's its whole point. But when it's activated, it grows exactly to the point where you had your natural maximum erection. Dr. Gamidov often installs lgx and gets excellent results. Moreover, he uses lgx in the most difficult cases, which other surgeons don't even take on.
