You made the right decision going with the MPP, fuck all those revisions and problems with the IPP's, cost is one thing, but the emotional and mental anguish when you have a IPP break down is not worth it anymore too me, I went thru 4 of those fucking things and went thru a hello ride for 4 years,, it's the concern of loosing size and I get it,,, I was there,,, and thinking back on it each time I had a IPP revision I would bring up the MPP option and the surgeon would eventually go back to talking about size loss with the MPP and make it sound like I would end up with a micro dick,,,,,,,,,, What a easy way to talk a guy into a IPP.,, and then after all the bullshit is over and done and I finally pull the trigger on a MPP,, and I lost a 1/2 inch of girth ??? I'm a fucking idiot some times,, live and learn,,
My MPP one year anniversary will be Feb, 1st, and I would bet the house a IPP couldn't even come close to surviving what this Genesis has taken over the last 11 months,, and it definitely wouldn't have survived this past weekend, some of you guys on here know exactly what I'm talking about, the wifey was absolutely brutal fuck toy this weekend.
Thanks brother. That's Zen wisdom shared here. Reading this makes me feel it's all going to be worth it.
100% agree, the surgeon treats malleables as inferior class. I think it reflects in patient surveys and negative placebo effect does play a role. His first response - "Why malleable"? Says it's like a Camry while an inflatable is like an S-class Mercedes. Had to tell him I drive a Camry. He chuckled and knew where I was going with this.
Day 6 today and my pain was through the roof. I guess the nerve block has worn off completely and reality is kicking in. Ice packs are helping. Easymoney, you suggested frozen peas bag in one post, it's awesome. It's malleable
(no pun intended) around my shaft. Even oxycodone didn't cut it. My bad, I didn't proactively take my pain meds and thought I can muscle it through.
The surgeon recommends pointing the dick up to prevent edema around the incision. The toughest part is pointing the dick up with a sub-coronal incision. A wide elastic band from jock strap helps point the dick towards the belly button, but it hurts around the incision. Additional layers of gauze and wrap helps a lot.
I have to say, I'm loving my 24/7 hard on. It feels like a strong therapy after years of ED. Good bye to my flaccid penis.
