If the best pumping is important to you, and if you can go a bit longer without an implant, then waiting for the new AMS to be released that is Bluetooth-enabled for pumping might be worth it.

I was involved in a research study about these back in Sept. 2022. It was me and medical professional in a Zoom meeting where she went over a lot information about them and asked how I felt about different aspects of it. Seems very true this will be much more effective than all other pumps on the market today.

I don't have much confirmed info on this but it feels like about 2 or 3 years ago someone who seemed to know said they get released in 5 years. So take the accuracy of that vague time frame for what it's worth.

Or get an implant now and I think by either breaking it or paying to do it you could replace it with using Bluetooth to make your dick hard. Is a kinda cool look into the future!

I don't know how much of a fan I am of the Bluetooth idea... Lose your phone or controller? Now not only is your phone gone but you're also not getting your end away with the girl taking sympathy on you.

And what about swimming with your partner to an island somewhere and having pudding pants?

If it was hybrid then that could be interesting. Maybe with a smaller less obvious pump as a fail safe.

Yeah, I am completely skeptical of Grointooth. Have you ever seen those movies of devices with lithium batteries catching fire. That is a whole new meaning to "fire crotch" that I am uninterested in experiencing. And batteries tend to lose strength after a certain number of cycles. How often do I need surgery to replace batteries?

I do not intend to be an early adopter!

Yep, it was described as a phone app. splitpeach asked if theres also a physical backup pump but I can't recall if she mentioned that. I do think hybrid makes the most sense, though I wish I recorded the meeting since my completely shitty memory forgets way too many details.

As far as others said about being skeptical since a Bluetooth-enabled pump could have some weird issues, I would say you're not wrong. I brought up in that meeting about how it would kinda suck if my phone dies and I have to hold off on sex until it charges a bit. She had a pretty good answer and I think it's decently likely that story applies here about big future changes having a tendency to worry people initially, like how even TV remotes coming out were thought to cause a lot of potential life problems that scared people, but with a little time the issues can be solved and we're very pleased to now have the ability to press a button that automatically inflates you and looks like you're naturally growing an erection instead of squeezing a pump in your balls like 40 times.

Come on guys! Common sense please.

Just think of how LARGE that pump would have to be for 4 squeezes to move the volume of fluid necessary to fill the cylinders.

That leads me to not believe ANYTHING from that source.

Agree with Goodwood in that the pump would have to be very large to only need 3-4 pumps…back to how it feels…. So when cycling at first for exercises before you get to use it it’s mostly a hard dick with little or no engorgement and no excitement as the pain wins out.. By the time it’s usable I could pump with a little stimulation mentally or physically and definitely get a fuller excited feeling with just a few pumps. As time goes and you completely heal around the 10 moth frame or so I actually got where I could get turned on and get a pretty plump engorged dick and at that point you would want to pump to feel the stretch.
I can easily pump thru my pocket or outside my pants and underwear and sneak a few pumps in when I want to feel it.
I have the classic pump which definitely has a squeak to it but if squeezed slowly is silent, especially if it’s thru my clothes and there’s any noise around it would never be noticed. I’m married for 38 years and it don’t matter to me but with a little music going or noises around even the loud classic titan is no issues. My biggest concerns would be which pump is most reliable! Pumps:
My 21cm CX pump takes 15 pumps to be plenty hard. If I want to go for MAX? I need 2 or 3 very small pumps. Been this number since around the 4 month time. I do not squeeze my dick empty. I allow it to find the level that it wants.
Sensation:
Pumping without arousal. Like just cycling doesn't produce any arousal. Why would it? For me there is some natural erection that happens. After sex, my dick does not fit my clothes right away. It takes some time for the natural erection to subside.
