Pump is high

My newly implanted AMS 700 LGX pump is high and on the right. I have been trying to push it down . My surgery was April 1. Doc said to try and push it down periodically. Could it be the swelling pushing it upward?? Help!!!!!

I THINK SWELLING MIGHT BE A GOOD EXPLANATION, DID YOU TRY GIVING AMS A CALL FOR THEIR TAKE ON IT ?

Is the pump free or is scrotum stuck to it?

It sometimes feels stuck to it.

Take a couple hot baths a day. If the skin is stuck try to peel it off while in the tub and try to pull the pump down

I had my duel implant (AMS 700 & AMS 800) on the 1st also. AMS LGX was implanted on left since it will get used less. My Dr instructed me to keep my penis elevated in a straight up position as much a possible to keeps implants from trying to ride up in to my penis as would happen if it was constantly hanging down, my hospital issued me several athletic supporters, they worked good but seemed to be quite tight around the waist at times. I have since switched to brief type underwear with a pad inserted inside that seems to work better.

My pump was high too, and stuck to the incision. With hot soaks and some gentle massaging, it will drop into the proper place.
Your only at two weeks, relax! In no time you will be enjoying your new toy, and the healing period will be a distant memory.

My doc told me to get in a warm bath and massage it down twice a day for 6 weeks. I had a Titian but should be the same I am surprised your dr didi not tell you that.
You have to do that to keep scar tissue from building up.

I too have the same problem. The pump is very high, feels attached the base of my pecker and badly stuck.

I'm starting to bath twice a day to try and release it.

It'll un-stick itself, just give it time, let that hematoma resolve, and massage it down slowly. If your swelling is getting better, things are OK.
