I have a question...does the implant work in serious cases of venous leak like mine? I'm afraid that I'll put it on and not have a rigid erection.

Jim, implants work for any kind of ED. Doesn't matter if it's venous leak, post-RP, neurogenic or anything else. The only situation where things may get a little bit more complicated is if you'd have corporal fibrosis or Peyronies, and even in these cases surgeons have their special tools and techniques to make the implant possible for these difficult patients. Remember there are people who were born without a dick or these who lost it to some kind of freaking accident or penile cancer, had to get phalloplasty - and even then they go ahead with the procedure. Keep your head up and most importantly, find yourself a great surgeon, this forum is really useful to get patients opinions on them.

Like others have said, go do it. You will always have a reliable erection and it won't go soft until you want it to.
My implant was my first ever surgery as an adult, so I had double the worries. I survived and five years later I am still happy with the results. I lost size fighting ED for 13 years, so time is not on your side. Best of luck.

Yes, I have seen two doctors with high volume in implants: Martinez Salamanca and Natalio Cruz.
Martinez Salamanca like me more, i was speaking with him, he recomended Titan, but i could choose Ams...i have doubts...i know AMS is more pleasure in flaccid, but Titan is more hard...so, i am an athletic person, heavy weighlifting, running, active...i am worried about the implant limit my sport activities...and my sport activities cause early failures in the implant...is more reliable Titan or AMS?

I got my IPP on the 11 of Dec 24 took about a good 2 weeks for pain control I took naproxen it work the best for me. Pump was activated on the 23rd of Jan 25 work nicely rock hard in about 10 full pumps 20 small pumps. per my Doc it gets easier to pump with time. Just do it no worries best thing I did for my ED I had a lot of issues it it works the best. I had the IPP installed the male sling installed and my Peyronie disease fixed I had a 90 degree turn up al lot of stuff fixed all at the same time 5 1/2 hours went home the same day. It work!!!

Short answer yes - like Jimpablo said.

To put it another way:
Most people who haven't had RP but have ED usually suffer from Venous leaks. Thats where the ability to hold blood in the 'cavity' of the penis is lost or severely diminished. Think of an IPP not as an 'enhancement' to that system, but rather a replacement of that function. Two tubes are places inside that area that can be inflated with saline solution that will replace that functionality. Those tubes are incredibly rigid and can, in some cases, be firmer than a regular erection. However, the hardness is adjustable. Just like tire pressure you can put 'more' or 'less' pressure in the system to suit your own needs. Also the system is very robust and unless you are going to get absolutely violent and overly rough, it should hold up quite well.

From my own experience, I can say I can now get harder than I ever did before my cancer caused me ED - i.e. I can get harder than I could WITHOUT ED.

i have ams, its hard enough to hang a towel off, i wouldnt read too much into "which one is hard" they are all way more than enough for sex. personally i'd go for the comfort, your going to be living with it for the rest of your life. Yes the implant will limit your sport activities but only in the short term. maybe max of 6 months or so. These things are hardy. just for an example last night during sex i had my first accident with it. lets call it rhythm mismatch lol, she moved forward as i pulled back i slipped out next thing i know im smashing my implanted dick into asscheek and we were going hard too. hurt like a bitch but implant was absolutely fine.

I think the general consensus is that an implanted dick is harder & more durable than a natural dick. Lots of dicks get injured during sex. I haven't read of an implant being harmed during sex.

As for the the hardest implant. That is a foolish quest. Any amount of reading on FT will reveal men with either brand of implant that do not pump to the max for sex.

Correct answer:

Many worry about breaking their broken dicks from getting an implant. If you don't, it's gonna stay broke. If you do, it gonna get a lot better. There's chances of infections and other problems. They can be cured. And your dick was already broken in the first place.

Note that if pills or injections or both get you as hard as you want, stay with them until you are willing to trade having a natural dick into having a valuable tool that is not natural. You will lose all rock hard steaming erections you probably lost a long fucking time ago, but your implant will be a larger and more effective than a broken one, while also less pretty to potential partners.

42 is WAY too young to relinquish your sexual career.
And your worry is understood.
But, today you could get into a car crash, slip in the shower or have something drop on your head.
Your world could come crashing down in a split second.

Life is NOT risk free and neither are these implants
I dealt with ED for about 15 months after my prostatectomy.

I truly feel for you guys that have dealt with this for years/decades because I know exactly how
your world was for that short time.

I felt sadness, loneliness and for the first time in my life depression.
It is an ugly place when you can't perform in the bedroom.

I wouldn't wish that 15 months on my worst enemy.
This implant is not easy.
For most of us there is a month and a half of constant pain and discomfort.

But I am telling you right now.
It is like the heavens open and beautiful sunshine flows straight into your body when you look down at a rock hard dick that can and WILL out perform ANY 18 year kid old on planet earth.

And when your woman begs for more and you KNOW you can deliver it....
There is a feeling that comes over you that is indescribable.

We implanted men rave about these implants for a reason.
They give us our manhood back in spades.

If I was in your shoes I wouldn't hesitate any longer.
