Other than getting my wisdom teeth out at 19, my first surgery was getting my implant.

Fourteen months later I underwent my second surgery to repair a severed flexor tendon in the thumb of my dominant hand.

The recovery from the tendon surgery was much worse than the recovery from the implant surgery.

Be patient. You're young and healthy. You'll be nailing women with gusto before you know it. 8-)

yeah its pretty annoying that the implant is as hard as it is right now. Also it makes weird noises and feels weird when i have it fully deflated.

Also after you guys got your implant, did you look at your dick and go "that looks smaller than it was".

I don't know if its because my penis points straight out now compared to it hanging down to my knee caps with a 35 degree curve. Or if what he did to fix my curve affected my size. i mean he told me he couldn't take much off to fix my curve or it would have affected my girth. even straight out it still curves some what. its like my head is tilted to the right lol.

But year i looked at it and said "this aint my normal size lol"

Oh absolutely I freaked out a little.

For me - I went from 7.5 x 6.25 pre cancer to 6.5 x 5.5 post cancer / Peyrones , to a modest 5.5 x 5 post implant.

Here's the thing - you will initially lose size from an implant. Period. Note I said initially. From what I understand, aside from the outlier cases, or Malliable, the IPP will initially cause a loss of size. However, you will need to cycle and give it time. Cycling will 'break in' the implant and also re-expand your tissues. That will be vitally important. As the implant breaks in - it will soften up. Mine already has a little bit. Remember - it's rubber / plastic. Just like a balloon - you know those tiny ones - they're super hard to inflate the first time, but the second and third it gets easier..? Yeah - its like that.

As far as the curve, implants done curve. Any curve you have will be in your tissues and may go away with a bit of stretching and time. I still have a slight curve - but my bulging was BAD from the Peyrones.

Give it time. You don't get an implant - ANY kind of implant and just bounce RIGHT back quickly - it takes time.

Went to the doctor today, was diagnosed with mandors disease of the penis. doctor thinks the cycling caused it, I have a couple of hard chord like veins that if i touch them create pain. Inflating or any type of sexual activity leaves me in like an 8 out of 10 pain level. Doc says to stop cycling for now, they prescribed me pain medication because tylenol and ibuprofen wasn't cutting it lol. Hopefully when i go back in a week the pain is better and the hard chords are gone.

I had this after surgeries. It will pass in a month or a month and a half. Give yourself time.
37 years old. In the past, an active and very athletic guy, suffered after vein ligation. After that, I tried embolization, which did not help. Now I am choosing between CX and Titan

You are now in the hardest part of the implant journey! The slow down, and im talking about your brain Lol. Guys each day will be better than the last ,,,in a year you’ll look back and think I was in a hurry for nothing. Yes we got this new penis and we want it to be perfect and useful RIGHT now. Your size will come back and sorry you have to hold off on cycling ( i get it I was not able to cycle for 4+ months due to a revision a month after my initial implant surgery) it was a miserable time and I was scared I would loose size.
But when I got the green light, I cycled like a mad dog and ended up w all my size back. Can’t wait to see your after shots, you brother are in the elite FT club, the 8”+ club. Good luck bro

I had this a couple of times from cock ring or trimix use (not implanted). Both times it went away within 2 weeks. Recovery for me was sudden, like at 4 pm it was there and 5 pm it was gone.

Not seen a recent update on your progress? Did the condition from pumping go away.was this caused by pumping to early after the implant? Where are you at now on your healing snd journey, are you cleared now for sexual activity. If so how’s your experience been? With you still being able to have somewhat of an erection hopefully that will still be the case and glans engorgement will not br an issue as some have. Hope all is well and your busy using it, is the reason for no updates in a while.

Thanks

Its slowly going away, i would say its about 80 percent gone. Healing everything is good. But everytime i have an orgasm i get terrible pain in my taint, Balls and Dick. Its like a sore throbbing pain that makes me want to curl into a ball. Doc says its probably pelvic floor pain. He gave me a compounded medication to help with the pain. Its only with orgasm, i can pump and fuck and jerk off and no issues. Once i cum its pain that slowly onsets and lasts for about 4-6 hours. I have no issue with glands engorgement as well, i take 5mg of cialis daily anyways. My pump did get attached to my left testicle, but my doc got it unstuck by massaging it. Heard a nice pop lol.

Wife has been very happy so far. Its literally so hard i can feel every contraction when she cums. Anal feels fantastic as well, considering i never really liked it. Now i am a fan haha. Def would do the surgery again. Hopefully my pelvic floor issues fix. i read guys on here having that pain for 6 months to a year.
