I'm 36 and I'm on my forth Inflatable implant. My first two ams was defective in the pump, my first titan failed in the tubes after 3 years and now I'm on my forth titan. I am an athlete (cyclist) and I ride about 10/15 hours per week. For my next revision I will probably get a malleable ( hakky suggested genesis for an athlete like me because it's easier to bend).

For me it's crucial to continue to ride, and I would like a feedback from people with malleable about that.

Do you think it's possible to ride road bikes and mountain bikes with a malleable implant ? ( I'm about 7.5 inches in length and 5.75 in girth now with inflatable).

Hey Stewy, I personally would find it uncomfortable having my erect malleable positioned towards my left thigh (they way I conceal) in an underwear or biker shorts seated for 10-15 hours a week. Have you experimented this using a partial inflation with your inflatable?

Yes, i tried but the difference is that the IPP inflated is not much bendable at the base. Instead I think that malleable can be bent at the base. I can inflate the IPP to about 40/50% to keep it bendable and I put it positioned up in the bike shorts. Except for the bigger bulge I have not much discomfort doing that and I can cycle. But I don't know if that's comparable to a malleable

Both 6 o'clock towards left and 12 o'clock bends are a piece of cake for me. 6 is my comfort zone as I have a loose suspensory ligament that defaults at 4 with no constraints. Is your default more like 2 or 3? With 12, I can still manage by taking a release break once every 2 hours in the bathroom. If 12 with partial inflation works for you, it should be comparable with Genesis. Maybe stiffer in the beginning if aggressively sized, but again, I hear that it's like a new shoe that takes the shape of our legs and gets comfortable in time.

When I was experimenting with the 12 position, I used a 4 inch wide elastic band cut from an old school jock strap, and it worked like a charm for movement while I was brisk walking.

It just came to my mind. Here's one thread where ready2go, a malleable brother who has a Tactra, is able to ride a bike for 15 miles every other day. Tactra has higher rigidity than Genesis. Individual anatomy is one factor that can result in varied experiences.

.I have a tactra implant , a little over 6 inches in length and ride a mountain bike for 1 hour at a time , 3-4 times a week .
I have zero issues doing so .
.when im finished with the ride and end at the beach , I put my hand in my pocket to give mr 24/7 hard on, a push down , as it tends to ride up while biking

Hmmm , I can't edit my own post for some reason.. I didn't notice lasthope mentioned my previous post on the same matter , so consider it a double post. Lol
But ill add that the only issue I did have was not waiting the one month to exercise protocol.
That caused some concern as I could feel the rods behind the scrotum , so I at 3 weeks , I stopped and waited another week or so and put a hand towel. Down under the seat cover for extra padding .
Since then , it's been no issues
But now , I'm. Not riding the bicycle because I broke my ankle in a motorcycle cycle accident and in recovery mode
. But personally I would not let bike riding be a reason to not get a malleable
