Its slowly going away, i would say its about 80 percent gone. Healing everything is good. But everytime i have an orgasm i get terrible pain in my taint, Balls and Dick. The only pain that I've experienced similar to that is when I had prostatitis back in 2005 and when I would cum it would hurt like heck, but the pain wouldn't last 4 to 6 hours, it would go away after I ejaculated.

Yeah - I don't get pain, but I do get sore after ejaculating. Its taken weeks but slowly my taint area pain reduced less and less, though I do get some pain down there when I ejaculate. I bet your doc is spot on the money with what it is.

Vita, I'm sorry about the pain you're having when you cum. Did you have penoscrotal install of your implant?
At 44 days after my surgery everything on my package was still swollen, sore and numb, I did gently masturbate in the shower 30 days after surgery with just my index finger and my thumb and although I didn't have the pain that you are having it did hurt a little bit after I came. I was cleared to have sex at 6 weeks after my implant training but I waited till 8 weeks out because I was still having pain. I pumped up ahead of having PIV sex and after we had sex my dick hurt for almost two days throbbing with pain; I thought that I had really broke something. I emailed my doc and he said to take baby steps and listen to my body and don't over do it. In other words, don't think you can have sex at this point like you did way back before the implant when you didn't have ED.
Vita, I'm not sure why you're having this pain but maybe it's like having a Charlie horse muscle spasm or something similar. Like you have said earlier, it could be your pelvic floor.
Everyone heals different, so I would take it easy and see what your urologist doctor says.

Yeah - it's still early. You got of 'easy' when it came to scrotal pain by having Infrapubic - but - you still had rods inserted into your netheregions - its going to hurt for a bit. I'm 70 days in and it still hurts here too (penescrotal). Remember - you have foreign bodies inserted into you - it probably wont completely stop healing until the protective barrier has been formed around your implant parts. Thats going to take time.

Even though you have a substantial sized implant, you're still going to want to cycle that bad boy - twice a day - and increase the amount of time it's inflated for at least 15 minutes each time. It absolutely sucks but I can tell you my pain has lessened since this whole thing started - and it'll take time for it to go away entirely.

Just this last week I can stand inflating multiple times a day without pain. So thats good - but if I go max I do get discomfort - and if I really pump to max and hold it - it hurts still.

Pain after orgasm is still there, and boy is it really bad, If it wasn't for the valium, baclofen compound suppository. I would be in a world of hurt.
Helps to literally go right on a heating pad after having an orgasm. dulls down the pain but i am literally counting down the days to when i can be pain free.

with the exception of that, everything is pretty much going well. My penis has substantially gotten way straighter, Still working on getting my girth back. Still sitting at 5 1/2 inches of girth, hoping to get back to my original 6.5

Also the amount of otc pain killers i was taking gave me an ulcer and a whole slew of issues with my gastrointestinal system. sticking to Tylenol for now, Cannot use any type of NSAID.
