I was really hoping that this Dr was going to know how to fix this up. I don't know what to say. I am never at a loss for words but at this point I am. Possibly tomorrow I may have more to say. "I'm a big mouth" Know that we are angry , coufused and dissapointed with your results as well and feel so helpless.

Dr. MIlam probably has no comprehension of a P E guys mindset. Most all guys dont. They dont realize how much time and pride are invested in building a bigger unit. If a man is not into body building, he can in no way comprehend what you accomplished before your implant.

So he made a mistake. In my limited knowledge of implants, there are bigger one out there than the one you got implanted correct?

Give this time and introspection with the help and the peace of God.

I would think that with P E becoming more mainstream and considering the proliferation of the porn industry where the huge penis is the almighty king, that men and the implant industry will start responding to mens demands that if they have made the decision to allow thier most precious possession to be cut on, they want a result similar to the bigger guys. So time is on your side as far as where I think the industry is going.

And you are a relatively young man with a warrior attitude.

My prayers are with you today for the mental turbulance you are in. You probably have a wonderful wife. One of your options is to heed the suggestions of other men on this board who developed profound and greater intimacy with their wives even tho their penises did not perform anywhere near like they wanted them to do so. Talk to her about your misery. Make it a shared concern/problem.

Reading your journey and I noticed you state you were using a pumping device prior to surgery. I have never used a pump but have dabbled in PE doing girth exercises that increased me half of an inch over a spread of years. Anyways, pumping and clamping must have similar effects.

The point I'm making is this. When I would do girth training via clamp, my penis would look more full. However, I was unable to stretch my penis far in flaccid state like I could while doing manual stretch techniques. Girth training always caused a loss in erection length, an increase in girth and minimal stretch gains.

With you pumping prior to surgery, the Dr may have been only able to stretch you so far. He placed the cylinders in you that fit at the time. Now that you stopped pumping and returned to normal, the cylinders are a little short.

If you asked for the largest girth cylinders, the 21mm ones, you should have seen any loss in girth. Not sure which ones you went with though. Pumping and clamping causes a loss in elasticity when doing a flaccid stretch which is what the doctor must do to determine cylinder length.

I'm debating getting a Titan implant but I'll be doing stretches in the months running up and recommend the largest girth cylinders.

I have been away from the forum for a while. Licking my wounds, brooding, and trying to work myself through this deep funk I have been in....because of the poor outcome of my implant with Dr Milam. Ending up with a dick half the size it was before surgery...and then having it unsatisfactory for vigorous sex because the glans is floppy is no small matter. And I had every right to be upset. I have avoided the site for a few weeks because I did not want to be a wet blanket....a sad, moaping influence. I had such high hopes last november...but those hopes have been dashed and I ended up worse off than before surgery. And I still regret all the decisions (who, what, where, when) related to my implant.

However I have decided that...no matter what revisions I may or may not have in the future...life is too short to spend what few good years are left in moaping about and being miserable over poor implant outcome. So I have chosen to be as happy as I can. Life is more that a big dick with a snug glans. So I have chosen over . I will wait 6 months and decide what, if anything, I will do.

I certainly do appreciate all the support and encouragement I have received from so many on this site. I just want to say...with a sincere heart..."THANK YOU GUYS"......you are the best.

Sounds like you're on the road to recovery. Sometimes life just sucks, my friend, and pretending that it's all chocolate candy and cold beer does not make it so. But you're doing all the right things as far as I can tell to get past this and on to whatever decisions you might make down the road. Just know we're all here cheering you on.

P.S, I was back in the gym yesterday after about 10 days away and I thought about you. Hope you're getting back to regular visits. The exercise endorphins always help me feel better.

I pray that you develop intimacy with Mrs. Jerry so hot and to such a depth that your angst is erased over your losses. May it be sizzling and rewarding to both of you in all avenues of one flesh.

And with time, may there be urologists responsive to the needs of big guys like you and attune to how men feel about their endowments in implant matters. This is just unthinkable considering that the majority of urologists are probably men and men know what/how they feel about big endowments. If men choose to go thru the implant process, why not give them the dick of their dreams or at least the dick they have at the time of the implant. Seems to me this would be a big selling point for getting an implant and the one you have always wanted.
