INQUIRING ABOUT PD

This is for the guys who experience an onset of curving or bending of their penis. PD is a frustrating condition which often creates significant emotional and mental distress. It overlaps several other sexual function conditions.

INQUIRING ABOUT PD

Postby serious sam » Thu Apr 03, 2025 10:43 am

Pardon me if I am posting anything not in relation to this group.

Actually I want to know that can palpable plaque (feels like soft nodule) form within 4 months and can cause chronic penile pain in flaccid condition ?

History: Mild injury that does not resulted in No Bruising, Eggplant Deformity, no popping sound, No Swelling just mild numbing pain for less than a minute, one time had a and job in flaccid condition due to excitement that also resulted in 0 pain and once again had a mild hand job while kissing and smooching, the penis was in slightly bend position in the pant while ejaculated that resulted in some mild pain afterwards but not at that moment, that too went away. Multiple instances of unprotected Oral sex with the same partner.

At that time had no real idea that something is there like penile fracture, I thought the ED factor was due to my medication.

Age: 37 (no diabetes, no cholesterol but T level low but not that alarming), FSH and LH. Prolactin in range, history of OCD currently on Escitalopram 5mg.

Current situation.: Having chronic penile pain along the right shaft, ED (do not know whether its is psychological or physical), weak nocturnal erection sometimes, stopped masturbating and porn totally , sometimes Wet Dreams taking place. One Urologist told me that minor injury cannot be termed as Penile Fracture, One Urologist told me that in the right shaft he cannot feel any nodule and ordered an Ultrasound in Flaccid and one in PDE5 induced Erect state, One general surgeon inspected the penis and informed that no abnormalities he can see, also cleared me of Hernia and Chordee, but he also told that he is not a Urologist, as the surgeon is a very good acquaintance of ours that's why had a opinion.

Currently in near death fear that I have PD and Ed both. I am just asking, at the end I know that this not a medical advice and I will pertain to that only.

Also If I broke any rules of this group, kindly MOD delete my post. No offence meant.

Once again I am not expecting any medical advice but just want to have a opinion of the huge experience that these group possess. Any insight will be highly appreciated.
