Every woman is different and what works one time may not the next. Hey guys, I need some help, if anyone has any suggestions. I just started having problems getting my wifey off the past couple of months. I've always been able to get her off to orgasm.

What you’re describing (manual or oral stimulation paired with PIV) is a pretty common and effective approach. As for new techniques, you might explore toys like a small vibrator used during intercourse or experiment with positions where pelvic pressure stimulates the clitoris (like missionary with a pillow under her hips)

Bummer, but I understand. I had a girlfriend many years ago who was the same way. It was too bad because she was hamstringing herself on pleasure and giving oral to a woman is one of the things that really excites me...even more than receiving oral.
