My glans is never fully engorged without the ring. But with the ring and using Trimix, my erections are always 95-100%, including the glans
Once sex is completed, I will carefully remove the ring. Although the erection continues, the glans and corpora spongiosum (urethra) become soft. If I put the cock ring back on the glans and corpora spongiosum become engored again.
