Count me among the throbbers. I get throbbing when I get aroused, regardless of inflation. It’s blood running to the spongiosum and the glans.
50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Count me as one who gets the "throb". It is not the same as when I was a teenager but it is there for sure.
I can flex and make my glans engorge making the surface skin tight and shiny.
Not everyone is as lucky.

Count me in also with getting that throbbing feeling. For me it doesn't happen all the time since I'm older (67) but it is a nice feeling to have that throbbing and flexing when I'm horny and want my wife's pussy around my Bionic Dick. Yes, it feels good

I'll get that old time "feeling" of the erection starting sometimes with that light throb. Definitely glad I still get that at times.

Mine does! I even get a little bounce in stiffness when it happens...a very small bounce that only I could tell.

I was under the impression that this was impossible!

Well then you haven't read very many old posts from men with IPP's. There are times when an unpredictable arousal will start. Its not really an erection to me. Just that my dick no longer fits its spot in my jeans. I need to move around a little to make room. Also, after sex. My dick is larger than my unpumped size. I'm fully deflated so it has to be residual natural engorgement. Yes, it does happen.

Yes, it's possible in many cases that we get good blood flow into some arteries, like around the urethra = Corpus spongiosum urethra and the dorsal artery that supplies the glans penis.
That makes the penis get some natural erection. Together with the implant it feels great, when you have a horny chick that makes you great sexual feeling, also in your brain.
Enjoy!
Dan

That's a really good point Dan. Leaving aside other physical anatomy and implant technology the brain is the largest sex organ in our bodies.
When I think about it, my point of climax/orgasm throbbing and what feels like a very sudden erection, happens when I'm also mentally aroused.
And the more I think about how aroused I am at that moment, the more explosive the climax and throbbing. My dick feels great and unbelievably hard when it happens, even though it's still intermingled with discomfort at this point of my recovery.
70 y.o. married from Sydney Oz. PC and nerve sparing RRP 2022, but still profound ED since. Tried pills, injections, shockwave therapy, VED. Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Now dealing with recovery.

That's the point, nearly everything in the human body is innervated by billions of nerves and all organs are controlled by our brain, especially our emotional part of the brain is directly involved in sexual function and orgasm and ejaculation. The Corpus spongiosum urethra is the one that gets aroused and contracts during orgasm.
