9 Week Post Op Update Everything continues to go well and erection comfort levels are slowly improving. When flaccid there is now rarely any discomfort, twinges etc.
I really only notice the implant when I'm in public somewhere and try to keep my bulge in check, which can be awkward, so I usually just let it do its own thing. With the extra length and a slight bend in my dick I've noticed that I now involuntarily dress to the right

.
I'm now cycling 3 times a day on most days. A short 10-15 minute session morning and evening, and a long session during the day of 45 minutes to an hour. I'm retired so I can generally manage that schedule unless going out somewhere. I aim for absolute maximum inflation level during cycling, as I figure it will stretch both my own tissue and the implant cylinders to their maximum limits over time. It does become very uncomfortable after about 40 minutes but I've noticed a very gradual reduction in discomfort. I was previously getting to that point after 30 minutes.
PIV sex is into week 3 and improving. I still have discomfort but tried an experiment a couple of days ago. I was always inflating to maximum for sex but I tried it at 85-90% inflation and it was way better. I could still maintain thrusting without slipping out. In fact I found that I was getting out of breath rather than the implant being a limitation. So had to stop for that reason a few times. I also orgasmed better with the improved comfort level. Just need to get my fitness back.
That said I finally got back on the bike earlier in the week. I had clearance for that a few weeks back but was waiting for stitches on my left leg to heal, as I had a small skin cancer excised from there. I only rode 15 or 16 km, which is my usual local ride these days. I had no issues with the cylinders or pump pressing or rubbing on the saddle. It felt quite normal other than my sit bones were getting sore because I haven't ridden for 10 weeks. Mentally I was a bit anxious wondering what would happen if I had a mishap, but all went well.
I also jumped in our pool a few times over the past week as I was cleared for swimming as well. Again no issues except that we are now heading towards our winter and the water is very chilly. But I can confirm that shrinkage is a thing of the past!

So overall I remain very happy with how everything is going, and currently have no doubts that I made the right decision.
