Did my first trimix injection

Postby sliphill » Thu Jul 03, 2014 10:48 pm

Did 40 iu. Dick was hard for over two hours. I finally had to inject sudafed and it did go down after that. Also it was painful. These are per measured syringes that the doctor mixed based on a reaction at his office. I'm thinking of only doing 30 IU next time. I couldn't ejaculate it was so painful. My lady really liked it though. :D Also, I'm paying $30 an injection. Can I get this cheaper? I apparently am very sensitive to this stuff. Is this the norm, that you get so hard it hurts?

I would recommend using 25 units next time and see what happens. Then adjust by 5 units up or down depending on the results.

I get my Trimix from Avela Pharmacy in AZ. It costs me $80 for five 2ml vials.

Congratulations on joining the club.

Sliphill

I see my urologist on a regular basis. At 76 years old, so many things need attention.

I have been using Trimix for over 3 years. I DO NOT buy it from my Uro..... He just gives me a precription with the formula listed, and I get to choose a compounding pharmacy, which sells it to me for under $100 for 5ML ( 5ML=500 units ). I inject 4 or 5 units, and cost is under $1 per erection...
It seems to me you are over-paying.

Slip,

These are per measured syringes that the doctor mixed based on a reaction at his office. I'm thinking of only doing 30 IU next time. ,,,,, Also, I'm paying $30 an injection.

These two items raised a suspicision-flag -- not about YOU -- but about whether your Doc is trying to pull a fast one on you. I say this because seldom do Uros or other docs dispense Trimix by the syringe (or any other way except by giving a prescription for you to go get filled). However, Uros do sometimes dispense plain Alprostadil by the syringe (by drawing it from their own stock vials of solution).

On dispensing Trimix (even in syringes) by a Doc, it could be it is against the law for them to dispense compounded medications on their own -- even if a Pharmacy made the compound. Maybe someone can correct me on that. (Alprostadil is not compounded so that is dispensed sometimes by a Doc).

The second red flag is of course the crazy $30 per syringe that he is charging. A Caverject system syringe could be that high a price -- still crazy high but it is a patented system so they can charge whatever the market will bear -- or even way more.

Maybe recheck with your Doc on what the formula is in the mixture he gave you.
