What will I still feel re arousal, stimulation post Implant?

Will I still get that stirring feeling in the penis that I currently get when I am aroused? I can achieve a semi to firm penis when turned on and with injections a little harder but not enough to maintain intercourse am I going to lose that feeling that the Old Boy is excited and wants some action.
Also currently I can still flex my dick when excited a bit like doing push ups this was always a great feeling when having intercourse am I going to lose those feelings? I know all the great things that can be achieved in having an implant, AMS 700 CX, but still very unsure as to what is not going to be there re the feeling after the surgery.
Would really appreciate anything you can share as to your expectations and then your reality post op and the months and years that have followed.
Sorry for the raving but I feel like you are the only ones who know what it’s like when you go to taking the implant option. My dick operates real fine except for the ability to penetrate and enjoy intercourse and I really want to get back to having full sex with my wife and giving her the pleasure that we use to enjoy. My ED is caused from Diabetes 2 over the past 10 years and although my wife has been very understanding I need to feel whole again.
What will I still feel; will my dick feel like it’s alive and ready for action?
Will there still be a stirring feeling, will I still feel excitement in the old boy?

Zac,
If your asking will your erections be as throbbing with an implant as they were when you could get wood with natural blood flow, I will say absolutely not. It's a lot different feeling having an erection with saline cylinders than with tissue and strong blood flow. But I can tell you that I am as happy as a pig in a mud pile with my new toy. In my case I nor my poor wife hadn't seen an erection around our house in over 4 years. So today I can get wood 100% of the time guaranteed and it still feels great having intercourse. Do I miss that old throbbing feeling? Absolutely, but that train left the station a long time ago for me.

Really appreciate your comments especially happy to hear that Alan was getting aroused be it porn or whatever so soon after surgery but getting a bit more personal if you don’t mind what is the feeling you have in your dick when aroused if not throbbing?
Also for those that have had intercourse what is the feeling like when you are about to cum is it pulsating almost to the throbbing stage before you shoot? Is an orgasm like it was before ED? (mind blowing amongst other things)
I have made up my mind to have the implant because I want to get past that stage of as you say "will it stay hard?" ; "please stay hard"; "am I hard?" etc etc. I want to get past that stage of having my head fucked with because of the state of my dick and I want to get back to having great sex that includes intercourse and orgasms but this waiting for a few more weeks until surgery is giving me far to much time to think about the past the current and the future. (Great Sex, No Sex, Future?????)
I will get there but I may need to hold on to a few of your thoughts and comments along the way. Hope I can be of support to others after I have come as far as you guys have in your journey.
Alan I notice you didn’t mention the PAIN thing at two weeks you must be feeling it still is it the randy thoughts that are helping you through that stage? If so well done Mate!

i'm at day 26 after my surgery. here's my feelings on your questions. nothing worked for me after my prostatectomy, although one one occasion i did manage a semi erection after taking cialis for several days and being with a stimulating partner. i still had good feeling in my glans at that time. as of today, i have very litlle feeling left. my doc says that MAY return. i hope so because the loss of feeling may not be worth the ability to maintain erection in my own situation. but i have enjoyed feeling like i have m own penis back...although it appears to be about an inch shorter and the glans tilts to the left. that may change with full inflation im told. not wanting to rain on your parade but its how i feel right now. im sure the ability of the surgeon has lots to do with all of that. i have been happy with my recovery and the implant is comfortable already.

I am 72 and had my Titan implanted 10 months ago. Every thing is healed and feels great. My wife and I are having good sex about once a week. I know it's difficult to express the feeling we experience or an individual pain level on the 1 - 10 scale after all we are all different in the way we would express it or the pain threshold we experience but I think we all remember just how incredible it was to have a raging hard on that demanded attention and gave incredible mind blowing satisfaction and the times when the old boy would not behave in public and a cushion or anything you could grab was used as a cover up and the mornings when you were so hard that you had to sit to piss because you just could not bend him enough to hit the bowl. Found out today that I will be getting an AMS 700 LGX I thought it was going to be the CX but I think that is better, Yes!! it gives length & girth
Also found out that my surgeon is intending to reduce the web skin joining my scrotum to the underside of my penis so that will add to the length and appearance, sounds good I think!
