Getting Resistant to Trimix ?

Hello, I have been using Trimix for the last 4 years. At the time, I was on the standard dose, consisting of the following:

Standard/Basic Dose
• Papaverine HCl 30 mg/ml
• Phentolamine Mesylate 1 mg/ml
• Prostaglandin E1 10 ug/ml

However, at the beginning of this year, I realized this dose was no longer effective. My regular shot all along was about 0.4 ml, but this proved ineffective. I injected more, increasing it to about 0.8ml but often got a wobble... so my uro then upgraded me to a higher dose, consisting of:

Trimix 30
• Papaverine HCl 18 mg/ml
• Phentolamine Mesylate 0.6 mg/ml
• Prostaglandin E1 30 ug/ml

But again, this was not effective. Upon injection, I get a slight erection which quickly vanishes after about 2 minutes. I increased my shot to 0.9ml, with little usable effect. So my uro just recently increased my prescription to:

Trimix 50
• Papaverine HCl 30 mg/ml
• Phentolamine Mesylate 1 mg/ml
• Prostaglandin E1 50 ug/ml

I was told to start at 0.6ml. I tried it, but got little effect. I increased it to 0.7ml, with little to no success. My wife is understandably getting frustrated. I want to increase my shots to 0.8, but I am not sure if it is worth it.

Is it possible, my system may be getting resistant to Trimix. Until this year, when I take Trimix, I know how it feels - the slight ache and good wood were so reliable .. but now, it looks as if the injection just enters my system and flushes out.

Any ideas, should I just continue increasing the dosage?

I read there is a Quadmix which could be useful for those who find Trimix not working.

Punda , have you tried a constriction ring to hold it in for awhile ? Sounds like you might have venous leak .

My Trimix injections have also been becoming less effective. Over the weekend, I combined it with 50 mg of Viagra which resulted in a very nice two hour erection instead of a slightly weaker one hour erection.
