Reserved... Will add content later...

I wish I could post all the notes in one single post. Looks like there's a word limit. So i will reserve the next few posts so that my diary and all the required information would be in the first two pages.

Zac - thanks for the tip on the ice pack. That works great.

avlis - i'm just going through your posts. We sound like the same. Please feel free to PM me for any questions.
I will try to provide detailed information here. One thing I didn't find in this forum is regarding the logistics involved for International Patients. So i will try my best to fill the gap. I had to do a lot of research regarding the travel.

I couldn't sleep the whole night.
The sleeping pill helped me to sleep for about 2 hours.
The maximum pain I experienced is 6 out of 10 but the pain subsided to a level of 2 or 3 out 10 after taking 2 mg morphin shots and oral pills.
Ice alone is not working and I have been asking for morphin shots every single hour and taking oral pain pills every 4 hours.

Is this some thing normal? Should i worry about the intake of morphin shots every hour?
Some reassurance will help.

Thanks.....

Raul
Go easy on the morphine as it makes you constipated and you don't want to go there either with the pain you have in the neither regions of the groin.

Hi Raul
Sorry you are suffering mate, we all take pain differently but you will get through this, your pain is real at this stage but try to take it easy with the drugs.
This time next week you should feel like I do now with the occasional sting or discomfort as your nuts move against the pump or the stitches get pulled but it's all in the process just remind yourself that you now have a cock that is going to give you back the ability to be a horny, randy guy again and be able to maintain an erection for as long as you want, think of the good yet to come, and hang in there.
Cheers mate

Thanks for your support. i'm feeling better now.

Day 1 - Post Surgery: (tue)
1) I was taking morphine for every 1 hour and oral pills for every 4 hours the last night. Pain was on a level of 5/10 and came down to 2/10 after shots and pills.
2) i couldn't sleep the whole night.
3) Had catheter and peeing is a weird feeling.

Day 2 - Discharge day:(wed)
1) Dr.Karpman came and pulled out the Catheter and Drain.
2) he said the pain i experienced is not because of the surgery but because of the fully inflated penis.
He assured pain will subside after some defation.
3) Deflated and noticed swelling and bruising.
4) asked to pee and then can be discharged. peeing after removing catheter was a bit difficult.
5) didn't feel any pain while peeing.
6) took a cab and went to the room.
6) Asked to be on jock strap with hole. Didn't wear any thing on top of it.
7) Stayed on the bed the whole day and night. Didnt experience any pain like before. my pain level was 2/10.
8) experienced some pain when walking. However restricted myself to walking. Its hard to walk with an errect penis.

Day 3 - (thu)
1) Swelling and bruising is still the same.
2) still on jock strap with nithing on top of it.
3) staying on bed the whole day and night. no pain. Experienced some pain when walking.
4) can shower from tomorrow. Asked to pull down the pump and massage scrotum.
5) feeling feverish. Scared of this now. Is fever part of the process?

Raul, do you have a thermometer? If you actually have a fever, you need to call Dr. Karpman.
I am sixty-six years of age and dealing with gradually worsening ED for twenty years. At sixty-three I wanted something that worked reliably. I got an AMS 700 LGX implant in 6/25/13. I am entirely pleased with the outcome. My surgeon was Dr. Karpman.

Day 4 - fri
1) Feeling much better now. No more feverish. had good sleep.
2) No pain when taking rest. However there's pain when walking This pain is tolerable though.
3) Swelling and Bruising are still there. I'm concerned with this right now. However I have gone through Zac, Tom Ford and Jereme's journey. Looks like that's normal and to be expected. Thanks guys for sharing your journeys.
Jereme did a great job by posting all the pictures. They were really really helpful.

4) Waiting to do warm bath shower and pulling down my pump today.

In short , the pain has subsided and my only concerns right now are with Swelling and Bruising. I hope even these gets down.
The next big thing for me is to make sure the pump doesn't heal on the top. So i need to start massaging and pulling down my pump.

Day 5 (sat)

1) No more bruising
2) Swelling is still there. At least the swelling came down at the shaft area when compared to the prior days.
Swelling is still the same at the head of the Penis.
Not sure of the swelling at the scrotum, can't say and may be there's a little.
3) Doing warm baths twice a day and trying to pull the pump down. I'm not sure if I'm doing this the right way.
If I stand my pump is settled at the bottom of the scrotum.

4) getting slight fever during the nights. Reduced the pain medication(hydrocodone) intake. Taking it one to two per 24 hours. Taking ibuprofen daily 3 times with food.
5) did cold therapy with ice pack on day 4 and day 5 at my Penis site and feels good now.
6) i went out today and it's horrible to walk with a hard on. I feel the pain when walking.
7) incision looks good. Looks like it's healing. No spot of blood.

Issues:
1) Swelling at the penis head.
2) pain while walking.

Questions:
How do I pull my pump down? What do you mean by pump healing at the top? How to make sure that my pump is not healing at the top?
