Question for those of you that have now enjoyed the pleasure of returning to spontaneous sex and enjoying real love making?

I know that I still have 2-4 weeks before we can experiment but hopefully you can give us a few pointers that will allow us to get off to a good start.
For us the spontaneity is the biggest turn on having not had that for quite some time but I am aware that at some stage I still have to inflate & deflate and for me like all of the married guys it’s not like we are hiding the fact that we have an implant, I prefer to think of it as "something special" which it is. You may think that my question is a little personal and it is but after all you have shared so far I think it’s worth the ask, I am hoping that you might share a little of your love making technique, not that we are short of ideas, but more so as to how you and your partner have integrated the process and timing of gaining your erection and also returning to flaccid as a normal part of your sex so that it does not detract from the spontaneity. Remember I have not yet pumped or experienced a full erection as yet so maybe once I get to, the at-ease stage, I will be answering my own question. I know that some of the single guys have said that they are able to go the full mile without their partners knowing any difference to a normal erection, would be nice to master that so that the inflate/ deflate is not an obvious part of our love making.
Must say these thoughts are so much better than the concerns I had post op, my biggest concern was my first post, What will I still feel re arousal, stimulation post Implant? Well very happy to say I have lost nothing as a number of you had suggested at the time. In my first week post op I had said that sex was the last thing on my mind but in the last week the arousal has returned and all the old feelings like that stirring, throbbing feeling in the penis is there even in a flaccid state and the head has responded with warmth and colour. The feeling of the tips of the cylinders pressing against the base of the head is also a bit of a turn on, I may not agree when fully erect as some have said that it can also cause pain but for now I will take it as a positive. I know that some of you have experienced nerve damage and by no means am I being insensitive, it was another of my concerns but I believe that it is equally important to let the potential new guys on the block know that the outcomes can also be very positive. For those that are having bad experiences I do pray that you are able to achieve your goal as quickly as possible.

3 Week visit to the Doc, stitches are out, healing is good, now time to start pumping, it hurts like hell to squeeze but is working well, my erection is solid as and the deflate is fast, I just have to be able to put up with the stinging pain until It becomes less sensitive. It is very encouraging to see such a great erection it is suggested that by another 3 weeks of daily pumping/ deflating we should be good for a test run. The arousal process is back on track with blood still getting to the head and by masturbation I have had a sensational orgasam and ejeculation so thankfully all working parts are still in working order. I have to say that the pumping technique really takes some getting use to especially that first pump with the pop of air, still very slippery to get a hold of but with what is in store for us after so long with ED I will just bite the bullet and put up with the pain, just thinking about it brings tears to my eyes.

Even with only a couple of pumps I can feel how solid the base of the penis is, the start of a rock hard erection but I can't get that far yet
Is it normal for the burning feeling and the scrotum being so sensitive at 3 1/2 weeks?
I also still have one hell of a job in securing the pump to apply the pressure, it slips and slides a hell of a lot
I am keen to play with my toy but the burn & sting get the better of me

Everybody heals at a different rate. At first, pumping can be difficult because of the residual swelling in the scrotum. Your testicles and the pump are basically a big, slippery mass - this will resolve over time. Pumping can also be painful because healing is not complete yet - just hang in there and all will be well.

Yes, I had the pain and stinging, too. First of all, take some Tylenol before pumping to lessen the pain. Try to hold the pump still by taking hold of the tubes right next to the pump, then squeeze the pump with the thumb, index and middle fingers of your other hand. This is how my doc showed me. Most of all, don't slack off of the pumping because of pain, it will just inhibit your progress and time to full recovery of the nice big hard, stiff (and it will be stiff) penis you are wanting.
Pump it, pump it, pump it to get it inflated to the max. And that will not be overnight, it will take time, work and patience.

That worked better using your suggestions still burns and stings like hell but I have had a very impressive erection and I have not pumped anywhere near as many times as most of you have said you pump, I think 6 was my max so far, can't believe how solid it gets, panic a bit when I have trouble locating and hold the deflate button but eventually with a hell of a lot of burning/ stinging down she goes and I can fit back into my pants. Will continue with my practice sessions I find the mantra F;::;k, F:;:;k, Holy F:;:;k seems to help get that final squeeze

Just keep pumping. Trust me the pain goes away.
I'm feeling good after 3 days of pumping twice a day.
I did pump for the first one week during warm tub bath and after that I do this the first thing after waking up and the last thing before sleeping.

My doc suggested to cut the finger nails deep so that I wouldn't hurt myself squeezing. That really worked.
I'm squeezing with both my hands. I do it really slow. Take time in between the squeezes.
I expect to do it faster in the next week.

You are really moving along, you were a week behind me but now seem to be a week ahead. Am following your instructions and all goes OK until about the 4th pump and then the burn gets too much//// and the bulb seems to get a hell of a lot tougher but I will not give up! I am amazed at how firm I get with only 4 pumps, I remember reading that some guys go 20 plus pumps that must make you huge and rock hard but at the moment the thought of 20 pumps makes my eyes water!!!!
Great to hear all is going so well for you, will let you know when I am over my wimp stage and can take it like a man.

5 weeks tomorrow and I am only getting in 5 pumps and then the bulb is too solid to get in another pump and at that stage the burn/ sting is real sharp. Deflate is working really well but the inflate is going quite slow. Maintaining an erection after 5 pumps which is quite firm and a good size does not give any pain. I don't know how any one gets to pump 40 plus pumps I think I would explode if I got to even half of that.
Does anybody get really erect with only a limited number of pumps. I think if I acheeved 10 I would be rock hard and bursting. With the current 5 pumps my dick is standing firm and jutting straight out.
Don't get me wrong I am very happy with what I achieve but having read so many comments about the number of pumps most of you do to achieve an erection that is ready for intercourse I am a bit confused!

I have over the past few weeks replied to a few of the guys that wanted to know more about the removal of the excess webbing from the underside of my penis that was performed while having the implant surgery.

So for you guys that have not yet had your implant surgery I am writing this post.

If it were not for my Doctor at my first consultation back in July suggesting that he would tidy up the excess webbing as a part of the overall procedure I would not have considered that it was something that a guy would do because I never considered that it was different to other guys dicks, sure I’m a grown man and I have spent time in locker rooms and some dicks hang better than others but I had never checked out the underside of another man’s dick. From the front it doesn’t show and I just accepted that some guys were better hung but the one thing I was not happy with was that the excess skin swallowed up a fair part of my penis when in a flaccid state, so locker room experiences were not great for the ego. Since I started the process for the implant and since I have had access to Frank’s Talk I have learnt so much about my package and all its parts and I have even learnt a variety of terms and names that relate to these parts. By no means am I a prude far from it but these were not things I ever got around to discussing with my mates or any man. So for the Doc to suggest that with a nick here and a cut there I could be like those guys that have a free hanging and not concealed dick I thought all my Christmases had come at once I had to contain myself from showing just how fucking rapped I was just at the thought of it. He was actually offering me cosmetic surgery (that I never knew existed) and there was no additional charge (have since learned that this cosmetic surgery as a standalone cost around $2-3 K and he was asking if I would like him to tidy me up???????? FUCK YES!!! Not only does it give the appearance of being much longer but it will also allows me to enter fully during intercourse and if I did need to wear a condom the bloody thing would roll all the way to the base of my shaft and stay there. (Really use to piss me off when it kept rolling up but never really knew the reason why and that it could have been fixed way back then)

I now believe that the condition is called a peno-scrotal webbing (often referred to as "turkey neck") never knew that! All I knew was that my dick kept hiding (also known as a turtle effect) when I wanted him to stand up and be proud, well at least make a showing. Don’t get me wrong I have always liked my dick it has great shape, good girth, acceptable length a really good shaped head, no scaring or marks but it was only in the erect state that all of those attributes could be fully appreciated and since the ED onset that has been less and less so I had resigned myself that I would have to rely on memory or give him a little hand job to be happy with what I would see in the bathroom mirror.
Another new term “Growers and Showers”, where have I been all my life? So I was a Grower but now very much a Shower, can’t wait to hit the nude beaches this year and I am going to strut the beach and love every minute of it, because I can at last!

Well I will always be thankful to my Doc for this incredible gift that he threw in with my implant. I am 5 weeks post op and from about 1 week post op (when the swelling went down) I could not get to the bathroom mirror quick enough to look at that sensational looking, free hanging, never disappearing cock (sure you think I have turned into a vain bastard, but after a lifetime of seeing a less than average flaccid dick looking back at me each morning I now have a dick that fills me with pride) and now not only looking good but also in great working order.

At the 5 week mark we are not suppose to be going all the way yet, I am still in the practice pumping stage but we did get a little carried away this evening and went most of the way, Sensational! Not sure what state you guys are in hopefully all of you are already Showers and don’t need to know any of this but if any of you are Growers like I was then you might like to have a talk with your Doc pre surgery as to him tidying you up during the op. If only one other Guy feels like I do post op then it is very much worth it. I would have been really pissed if I had found this out post op.
