Thanks Dave. Not the answer I was hoping for, but understandable.

Monday 10 Nov Day 11
I had to do some walking when I went to the doctor yesterday. It was unpleasant. I used a cane only because if someone looked at me, with the strange gait due to large balls, they might have thought I was some sort of loony. With a cane, I just looked like an old man needing walking assistance. Knowing that walking will help reduce the scrotal inflammation makes it easier, psychologically, to get up and move. So today I venture out, down 48 stairs and walk about three blocks to the local shopping area for some meds.
On observation, there seems to be some sort of whitish area on the scrotum. The doc said there is no sign of infection, and I am on antibiotics, so I really don’t have any idea. Maybe it’s dead skin that is no longer needed signs the sac seems to be reducing its size. The whole shebang is riding higher than in past days, but they ain’t swinging low and going to and fro. There’s still enough pain that need ibuprofen about 3 x day.
Tuesday 11 Nov Day 12
Yesterday I too one walking trip, and maybe it was too long, down and up stairs, level surface walking, and then, foolishly, somewhat down and up hill. I payed the price with sore balls. Today I think I will take more but shorter walks. Took a shorter walk outside and a lot of walking inside. So far it hasn’t had an effect on the scrotum.
I forgot to mention that he doc wants to see me again in one month. I asked him where the pump was currently situated, since he played around with my sac for a couple of minutes, always asking, when I jumped, if it hurt. He didn’t give me an answer. I think he was afraid that if I knew I’d start playing with it sooner than he wanted. As tender as they feel now, I have no intention of squeezing anything contained in the sac.

An interesting aside before I post more daily details, is that due to time zone differences, it seems I'm on when most of the others aren't since I live in GMT+2 hours. Also, I notice that almost, and I stress the ALMOST nobody has checked this Subject in quite some time. That is OK since we all seek what we want out of FrankTalk and benefit, I hope, from what we get. In a way I am using this Subject as my Cloud on which I can store my post-surgery diary in case my computer crashes. In this way it can serve two purposes, personal and sharing.

Thursday 13 Nov Day 14
Woke up, still more bleeding, not torrents but a steady drip. About 0900 the doctor called me to talk about the email I sent. I started off letting him know about the bleeding. He thought that it was just the old hematomas leaking out again, so no problem, but he suggested I come to his office on Sunday. He asked about the blood’s color, had it been hematoma it would look darker. I told him it was bright red. When I told him this, he said he’d be in my city today (about 50km from his office) and would stop by this afternoon to take a look. I guess that’s one of the benefits living in a small country.
1730: Well, the surgeon stopped over, and said he was glad he did. He said the bleeding I had just experienced was normal for this time after the surgery and that there was no sign of infection. It seemed to be hematoma mixed with serum, another liquid in the scrotum, not a worry. I could have enjoyed the visit better had he not manipulated the boys, but I guess that’s part o the exam. Now I’m sore.
1900: I notice that I’m bleeding again, but it’s not bright, mostly serum. Back on the sanitary napkins again. Changed the pad once before I went to sleep.
Friday and Saturday 14-15 Nov Days 15 & 16
Woke up and the pad didn’t seem to have much blood/serum on it, but left it on. That afternoon I took a shower and tried squeezing the sac to get out any more hematoma. This was more painful than the first time I tried it – the sac has gotten smaller and I kept making more contact with the boys. No sign of bleeding but I still put in a pad.
Saturday was a dry day, no serum leakage. Sac seems smaller but still a bit irritated as I walk.

Sunday 16 Nov Day 17
Sac seemed smaller, soft around the side but still hard directly under the penis. Then after I was up a while, eating breakfast and reading the paper, I felt my crotch was damp. Sure enough, serum leakage again. Took a shower and now it seems dry.
Even though the doctor didn't even partially pump me up for the time home, my little guy does stick out some. What’s even more interesting is the fact that it even seems to puff out a bit by itself and it feels responsive to a little rubbing (even though he is still sore from the surgery). I’m really looking forward to THE DAYץ
Monday 17 Nov Day 18
Took a long walk, up and down stairs also, riding on buses (standing is more comfortable than sitting). Got home, had lunch, and then realized that I had started leaking again, but once home, thank goodness. Texted the doc on whether three of the past four days leakage is normal. No answer yet.
He texted me later that this was normal and good.

Tuesday 18 Nov Day 19
Went out for a short walk to the local grocery, and by the time I got home had to change my clothes because of more leakage. Made the change, went out for more errands with no further leakage. Very selective it seems.
The scrotum seems closer to normal, riding a bit high with the pump center high. I can’t distinguish parts of it yet, and it is still a bit sensitive for me to start squeezing around to find the button.
Wednesday 19 Nov Day 20
Been out and about today for some time, and no leakage. Maybe I’ve grown past that stage, but I’m not counting my eggs yet. I still feel something “boxy” high in the sac, and attached to the tubing I can feel running up the left side of the main guy. Hope things relax and I can start distinguishing the pump and its parts soon even though the doctor has forbidden me to play with the pump yet. I see him in a couple of weeks.
Thursday 20 Nov Day 21 3 week anniversary
Generally no change until I took a warm bath and “searched” for the pump. Got out of the tub, dried off, and then noticed dampness in my shorts. More leakage of serum/blood. That stopped as soon as I changed pants and put on a sanitary pad. No further leaks.

Friday 21 Nov Day 22
After being up about an hour or so, reached down and felt dampness so I change and put on a pad. See if that works at stopping it. If I still have this leakage over the weekend, I’ll buzz my surgeon. Heck, if the stitches have healed, why is there and how can there still be leakage?
Saturday 22 Nov Day 23/Sunday 23 Nov Day 24
Saturday went well, did a moderate amount of non-strenuous walking, and no leaking. I just wish the pump wouldn’t take up so much space especially since it seems to be adhering to the inner scrotal wall.
Sunday, same as Saturday. With it being slightly cold outside and in, the sac tightens up yet stays a bit on the wide side so it isn’t the most comfortable walking situation, but light years better that it has been.
Had some leakage, though, later at night, after sitting out in the cold, reading, and drinking a coke & bourbon. Maybe the cold tighten things up a bit and caused a little squeeze. No leaks over night though.

Monday 24 Nov Day 25 / Tuesday 25 Nov Day 26
Had a tiny leak in the early AM, but then nothing. The pump is still tight under the main guy but otherwise all seems sort of loose-normal. Still a bit tender as I walk but no pain. The main guy is still a bit sensitive, but that could also be due to the healing stitches underneath where the floppy skin was removed.
As sensitive as it is to squeezing, if I think delightfully lewd thought and rub him, there seems to be enough corpora to make it feel hesitantly good.
Tues: Things seem to be hanging better although the pump still seems to be adhering to the scrotal wall. No leakage at all.

Wednesday 26 Nov Day 27
Generally things were OK. At one point, due to being cold, the sac tightened up and there was some leakage. After a hot shower the problem went away.
Thursday 27 Nov Day 28 4 week anniversary
All seems ok, no leakage by 1500 even being cold. Pain or discomfort location update: Pubic fat area above and close to he penis, still sensitive (read slightly painful); Scrotum is soft but snug with sensitive skin; Penis can be gently squeezed with no pain; Glans is still somewhat sensitive to touch, be it hand, underwear or whatever makes contact with it.
Upside is if I use hand cream to keep my hands soft, I can rub the penis and get a feeling like the remaining corpora want to get going. This makes me feel progress is in sight.

Friday 28 Nov Day 29
Today has been a rough day. It’s as if someone kicked my scrotum, the pain remains all day even after ibuprofen. Cause? I figured it had to do with the continuing tightness of the scrotum, thinking it might be due to cold. SO I tried a hot bath, and the scrotum felt nice, not much looser, but nicer. Then I got out and it got tight again.
Using the old camera that I use with my old computer, to look at things. I noticed a squiggly white line on part of the stitches. I read that someone wrote that his doctor stitched the pump to the scrotum until ready for use. Maybe that’s what happened to me and my doc never told me about that step. I’ll see him this week, and I’ll have to ask.
Today I had to prepare our evening meal and we were having guests over too. I did a lot of movement in the kitchen and going out twice to the local grocery store for some items. My balls were so sore, as if I had been kicked, and the pain wouldn’t go away even after taking ibuprofen.
I started feeling lousy, got the chills, and had to lie down. I was beginning to wonder whether I was just getting a cold or if I had an infection down below. Nothing felt “hot” and there weren’t any red lines like you sometimes see around infections. Nonetheless, I went to sleep about 7PM, and except for a couple of peeing trips, slept till 1000. I felt much better, so I didn’t worry about infection. But I was scared.
Saturday 29 Nov Day 30
Things were better today, didn’t do as much moving around. Still sensitive below but noting I can’t deal with.
Later I noticed that there was a bit of seepage again, I assume from the places where I think there are stitches remaining.
