Doing shockingly ok today!! I haven't had to take anything beyond Tylenol since midnight last night. Might take a percocet before I go out for breakfast though. Been walking around a bit, tight, and uncomfortable, but not painful if that makes sense!

Being deflated to 60% has helped quite a bit. Peeing isn't painful anymore, it's just annoying. I'm like a 16 year old boy at the toilet, lol!!

So far as I can tell, Dr. Karpman has done a FANTASTIC job! This process has been amazingly straightforward so far. Tomorrow should be the hardest day, but again, today isn't near as bad as I thought it would be. I can't even feel the incision site. The only thing I feel is significant pressure on the pubic bone where the RTEs and cylinders are up against it in the corporas. But it's bearable!!!

Yes that's true about the shape. When not aroused while inflated, it does feel flatter and more oval shaped than normal. When aroused, the blood flow fills up the rest, and the shape is like a normal erection. As long as the surgery is done correctly, whatever blood flow you had down there pre op should return post op in time.

I'm going to title this the TMI post, lol!

Had my first BM since surgery on Tuesday, and it was glorious. Almost an immediate decrease in pressure in the abdominal area. Wasn't nearly as painful as I was expecting.

No narcotics since Wednesday night, and I see no need for them today. Swelling is definitely present, but it is what it is. I will be taking a bath later and manipulating the pump to keep it at the bottom of the scrotum...so that should be fun, lol!

Slept for about 12 hours yesterday and I'm just getting stir crazy!! Wife and I are going to go out to dinner tonight, might even try the mall this afternoon so I can walk around a bit more. Overall this process hasn't been as bad as I was expecting. Allegedly this is the most swollen I will get, but it's bearable!!

Peeing is still fun, but it is what it is!

Day 4 Post-op

Still doin well. Woke up feeling MUCH better!!! Peeing is annoying but not painful. No bruising, but still pretty damn swollen. The baths were heavenly yesterday! I procured a bit of medicinal marijuana, and used that to just kick back and relax in the tub...best bath ever, lol! I was relieved to find the pump right at the bottom of my scrotum. I played with it a bit as instructed. Rolled it back and forth and left and right. Pulled on the top part and tubing. Tender but not bad...holy crap is it slippery though!!! I did manage to stabilize it and put pressure on the bulb with my other hand. If I put more on I'm sure I could either pump it up or have it squirt straight out of my fingers, lol!! Kind of funny showing the hardware to the wife and going over where everything is.

It's amazing always being hard right now, such a foreign feeling. I'm excited to start cycling next Wednesday! I know it will hurt, but no pain no gain.

I did take a pain pill before bed last night. Going out to dinner and walking around at the mall made me a little sore, but the Percocet knocked that right out. Again, felt great this morning!

Just got to keep healing!!!!

Interesting you get to pump so soon. My doc is having me wait 4-6 weeks. I'm 2 weeks post-op and he won't pump me up for the first time until the end of this month.

Also surprised you were pumped up to 60% after surgery. I was coming off of anesthesia when my doctor told me what he pumped it up to, but I don't think (hoping, praying) it wasn't 60%. I think he said 30%. It basically looks like what it used to look like soft, but sticking straight out.
