I got the AMS 700 LGX Sept 15, 2014. It's has been good to me. As you know each member has their own experience with the implant. Yes, I miss the natural erection but when I pump up it works.

Make that three grains!

Three weeks today, and had the first use.

It was AWESOME!!! I still get natural engorgement, so everything looks normal, and apparently feels normal, besides being insanely hard.

It is an AMS LGX 700 so I should get some additional length and girth gains over the next year, and that is on top of the fact that I have lost no size at all and I'm already thicker...so even if I get no gains, I am slightly longer, a bit thicker, and harder than I have ever been...ever.

This thing is AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Does pumping or deflating make any noise that could make a partner suspicios? I want to be discrete

I don't know about others, but my Titan makes an audible vibrating sound when I squeeze the bulb to inflate. I asked my surgeon and he said that's normal. YMMV

While two of my three implants made no audible noise at all, one sounded sort of like a quiet, quacking duck when it was being inflated. We had fun with that.

Regarding another question posted in this thread: Remember how guys in high school tried to outdo each other? Like I said, take all of that with one or more grains of salt.
I'm 75 and got an AMS Ultrex in 1995. Had it replaced in 1999. Got a new AMS 700 LGX in 2013.

How secure are all the parts inside you? My gf likes to ride and she gets really rough when she has it all the way in and grinds its really hard. Would this movement damage or loosen up the parts?

My implants went through some pretty rough times. As far as I know, there was no damage or things moving out of place. You'll be able to do everything you're used to doing and probably some things you haven't yet tried to do - and last as long as she wants. You'll both love it.

If a lady you're with knows you have an implant, there's no reason to be discrete. You may even find that she enjoys pumping it up. You'll find that it does wonders for your self-esteem - no more worries about being able to get it up.

I received my implant on August 18, 2014. It is perfect. I can preform like a 20 year old now.
