Did not loose any length, gained in girth, have a great looking larger flaccid penis, do not pump excessively but totally enjoy a very active sex life!
What more could I want?
Rule 1: work on getting back to having meaningful, loving Sex (without all the fucked up concerns that we have had to experience with ED)
I remember how much I was prepared to accept if I could just get back to being like my old self enjoying my manhood and my ability to pleasure my wife and haveing fucking fantastic sex and now I Can
As I said what more could I want?
Thank God that ED can be a thing of the past! And thank God that I took the gamble even if I may have lost a little in length! Paid off in every way Plus some!

Dr Milam at Vanderbilt implanted my Titan in June 2014. I lost no length and gained 1/2" in girth. I don't know for sure if this made a difference, but I used a VED daily for about 8 weeks prior to the surgery.

I am happy with this result, but had resolved before the surgery that I would be okay with a lost of length as long as I had a functional penis.
75 years old, Severe ED since Robotic Prostatectomy in 2010. Titan implanted 2014 by Dr Milam. Titan failed (tubing leak near cylinder) May 2017. Revision by Dr. Kramer on 7/26/17. Replaced cylinders and pump - upsized to 22 cm Titan, 1 cm RTE.

These posts have been inspiring. I'm in the same boat that pchelp is in. I was never particularly large and after losing size from the prostatectomy I've been a little (a lot) concerned about a loss of more length via an implant. THANK YOU for all the advise and for sharing your experiences. This is a great group of guys.
Reading what you've had to say has helped incredibly. I'm taking the plunge ..... Cheers to all of you!!

No loss in length (to my wife's regret. Some increase in girth. Has a Coloplast Titan. Now I have an AMS 700 CX that will be "activated" this Thursday, Jan 29.

For the past 20 years my wife and I have slept in the nude while holding each other. ED or not, sex or not, we make love every night.

I have to agree KMeister, for those of us that are married or have significant others it helps to have a supportive and understanding partner and close friend. My wife explains that "it is ok and she understands, it's just part of getting older". While I love her for her understanding and caring I can't express to her enough how important it is to me to have the chance to regain a crucial function of my man hood. I can only imagine it must be what a woman feels post mastectomy or menopause.

With the prostatectomy I lost about an inch. With injections I developed peyronies, with a 90 Degree upward turn. I was implanted with an AMS 700cxr, by DR Kramer. The implant got rid of the severe bend and I’m left with just a slight curve. My total loss of length is about 2 inches, leaving me with 4- 4.5 inches, girth is almost the same. I think in my case, if there was no prostate removal and severe scar tissue from peyronies, I believe I would have retained closer to natural size. What I do have works fine and I’m happy with the results.
Thanks Bubba
