Seems to take me quite a bit longer to have an orgasm.
Also, while pumped up - my glans seems to have more difficulty getting engorged.
Maybe this is causing me to lose sensitivity - making it harder to finish?
Anyone have similar problems or thoughts?

Have you tried taking a bit of cialis or viagra to help plump it up?

I suppose I could present that to the Doc when I see him again.
Would a Cialis one a day do the trick maybe?

Are you pumped up 100 percent ?
Re: Reaching Orgasm With Implant
I was implanted October last year and all is very well. Have resumed normal sex with my lovely wife. But, I have not been able to achieve an orgasm via intercourse yet. It seems like it is close but not there yet. My penis did hurt after sex for maybe the first 5-6 times but has eased up a bit. My doctor said I have to develop callouses where the tubes press against the tip of my penis. After the first time, it hurt pretty bad. I wonder if this has any affect on my lack of orgasm. Admittedly, it has been a very long time for me and my wife but it really is getting better each time. I just want to orgasm inside her. I'm sure there are many reasons to cause this but I don't know what they are.

JamesG, are you able to achieve orgasm through masturbation? Does it hurt?

Yes, I have had an orgasm via my wife's hand job post implant, although it took a while. I had zero pain and 100% joy.

I pump up until it's very hard, but have not actually gone until it won't pump any more.
Suppose I could try that if it would help.
I can reach orgasm, but it's tough. I'm pounding away on the poor woman for quite some time.

I meant the opposite. Pump it up less for intercourse. It could help.
Re: Reaching Orgasm With Implant
From my own experience it took me more than a year to ejaculate normally it appears and i was told on this forum that it takes a while. I guess it depends on your attitude. When I realized how long it took to ejaculate I asked the dr. he said that you have to be mentally sexed up. but the feeling is back and i'm having a great time.
