I am 10 months out from implant with AMS 700 LGX700.
I am having a problem with deflating my penis to a flaccid condition. No matter how hard or how many times I press the deflation button or how hard I squeeze/shake my penis, I cannot bring it down to become soft/flaccid. I can bring it down to a point where it is not uncomfortable to me, but I am concerned about the long-term consequences of this condition.
I see my regular urologist in late April and intend to raise the issue with him, but if anyone has had a similar problem, recommendation, thoughts, etc., I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thanks.

Re: Deflation Problem
Here's a tip I got here on FT that helps me. Before deflating, give the pump a short, hard squeeze, then hold the deflate button firmly and squeeze your penis, starting at the head and working your way down. When you have displaced as much fluid as possible give the pump another quick firm squeeze. This may or may not work for you, but give it a try.

Re: Deflation Problem
I too was unable to deflate no matter how I pressed the button. Turns out I wasn't depressing the button at all! My pump frequently rotates sideways. This leaves the button on the right side of the device, not in the front where I thought I was pressing the button. Pump rotation is common. It usually corrects itself over time, but for now my deflate button is not in the front where I expected it to stay. I wonder if that what happened to you?

Re: Deflation Problem
Many thanks for the advice/input.
Since I live roughly 450 miles from my surgeon, I couldn't just drop in for an office visit and it's not easy to get to get a speedy appointment since he only sees patients once a week. However, he did tell me in an e-mail that as long as I can get it down by one-third, there should be no long-term consequences such as having to have revision surgery. He did invite me to make an appointment in the future for an examination and to "offer some suggestions."
I see my regular urologist in a few weeks for six-month checkup (he has some experience with implants), and I'm going to ask him take a look at it.
Otherwise, my wife and I am very happy with the implant. It has totally changed our lives.
