Satisfied, yes. Would I like more of each....yes, but IMO, size should not be what IPP surgery is about, firm, hard erection with GO ability is bottom line. Which do you think entertains MOST women, the fact that you or 4.5 to 7.5" OR that what you have is up and available for hours without loss?

Got my implant one month ago..........Doctor left me Simi pumped up...... Before the implant I never got normal erections but now for some reason I get them all the time..... And they hurt like hell.....The first few weeks I thought it was pain from the operation but came to realize I was getting erections.(wake up at night with a throbbing Dick). As far as size, when laying on my back I'm 6 inchs, when sitting on the edge of the bed and pushing it out 6 and 1/4 inch........So I'm ok with mine........I will be activated in a couple days so I might have a little more.......The main thing is being hard enough for sex for me.

I'm glad my Surgeon warned me that the biggest complaint men have after an implant is the loss of size and girth. After surgery most men are sent home semi inflated. I thought once I was activated I'd increase my length by at least 1/3. That's not what happened. My size didn't increase at all, I got a bit harder with no increase in size. Looking down I thought I was at my penis when I was10 years old. Was I a tad bit disappointed. Yes I was. When I got to the hotel with my wife for our first test drive, did my smaller size make any difference to my wife? Not in the least. Did size make a difference in the pleasure I felt or diminish the intensity of my orgasms? Not in the least.
So here's my thoughts about the loss of size and girth, Get past it. We are blessed to live in a country where a man who is impotent can find a surgeon to perform implant surgery, restore our sexuality, and enable us to enjoy making love once again. Rather than be grateful and enjoy the gift we can moan and complain about the loss of size and girth. If you are long enough to achieve penetration implant surgery was a success. If you can't achieve penetration it was not successful and tine to complain. As a cancer survivor who just regained the ability to make love to my wife, I feel gratitude and so does my wife. To become focused on the loss of size or girth from my perspective is wasting the time you could be using the implant to pleasure you and your partner. I choose to be grateful for what I've gained and to say goodbye to what I've lost. That's my take, but based on the number of posts about this issue it appears I'm in the minority of men who get over the shock and decide enjoy what I have.

I am very satisfied. I went with Dr Karpman. He told me I wouldn't lose any size and he was right. I actually gained a little over time.

Well said Rick. Pre IPP I usually dealt with PE if I did have good blood erection, so never enjoyed sex for long periods(maybe just a few minutes). Now I amaze myself. It is wonderful being able to enjoy such pleasures without worry of loosing erection. Much of my PE seems to be corrected for extra pleasure.

Armstrong, I'm getting that sensation at the base off my pecker like its trying to get hard. That's something I didn't think I would have post implant but I'm very pleased it's still there!
