Yes let me add that I had PRP and stromal vascular fraction/mesenchymal stem cells from my fat.... all to no avail.

I also want to add that when Dr. Lander does the shock therapy he is not using a machine designed for erectile dysfunction; that is, he is not using the ED 1000 or Direx Renova. He offered me his treatment with shock wave therapy and I declined it because he wasn't using a machine that had been designed and tested specifically for ED.

He told me that he is trying to activate the stem cells with the equipment he is using. According to him, it's not enough to put stem cells in tissue to effect a cure. There has to be something to activate the stem cells such as inflammation. He told me he was having the best results for arthritis because he believed the condition activated the stem cells. He told me an analogy: Putting stem cells in tissue and expecting it do accomplish something is like putting furniture in a room and expecting it to decorate itself.

Woodpecker, do you feel if you had the Shock wave done you would have had a better result. I am currently trying to enroll in a clinical trial for Stem cell therapy. Because we are all different, you never know what might work for one person and not for the other.

I have no idea about the shockwave. I'm not sure if would have helped or not. One can't know unless they try. But considering the results I had, I wouldn't get the treatment with the equipment Dr. Lander is using. He is not using a slow wave lithotripsy device that was designed for ED. I'd love to try treatment with the ED 1000 or Direx Renova.

Yes I don't blame you for trying a clinical trial especially if it costs you nothing!

Yes the trial will cost me nothing. A major selling point. I also talked with Doctor. Lander and it sounded like I was rolling the dice as far as being cured of ED or helped in a big way. The ED shock wave machine is approved in Canada as of now. There is also PRP injection therapy being done with mixed results.

I am curious if all of those who have nerve damage related ED, if you tried other things first to repair the nerves. Stem cell...sounds a little like science fiction today.

there are OTC supplements and vitamins that are known to repair nerves. such as

R-lipoic acid 100 mg
Boswellia 250 mg
Acetyl L-Carnitine 500 mg
vitamin E 400 iu
B complex (with B1, B6, B12)
Pycnogenol 100 mg
Vitamin D
Vitamin C

The mix seems to be working for me!
