12 months post-implant status (also 24 months....)

Postby LMCatman » Fri Apr 24, 2015 7:13 pm

My second - very successful - Titan implant was done on April 25, 2014. This was to correct a "much less successful" implant performed on April 24, 2013. At 12 months post Dr. Perito's very successful implant I have a very well functioning 5.25" (if I measure most generously) penis that inflates easily (though it does take as many as 30 so pumps to get max hard), deflates easily, is very rarely uncomfortable when deflated and makes fucking really fun again!

I have been entertaining myself with an actually surprising number of "dedicated young professional women" (I love the internet). I tend to seek out small women but I have been with some "big booties" (but not giant booties). A small as my penis is, I've not found a woman with whom I could not be pleased. It has even pleased some of them, though of course they all pretended to be very happy. One girl delights in pumping it up for me. She's done this several times and lightly pinched me a couple times, not painful enough to ask her to stop. It's delightful! She's only successfully deflated it once. I don't mind helping her when necessary. I've seen only two girls who were "put-off" by it. Most are fascinated.... I've heard 'didn't that hurt'? a few times. 'yeah'!

I usually but not always have orgasms. The orgasms I do have are very intense and seem to last a long to very long time. As I am 4.5 years post radical prostatectomy, I have no semen to ejaculate. I believe the "internal pump" that wants to pump out my semen can't get "primed" and just continues to pump. I don't mind! Some orgasms seem 3 orgasms long and a couple have seemed to be "fourgasms". They are sometimes so powerful that the girl wonders if I'm ok! I laugh and say 'do you know the number for 911'? I have found that in the "cowgirl" position with her on top I have the longest orgasms. I also like the girl to continue sitting on me while I recover, as my little weenie is still as hard as ever and feels great in there. I'm too old to successfully have "two cups", but I can continue on after a few minutes.

I didn't know about "FrankTalk" before my first implant or I wouldn't have needed a second implant......hard painful lesson learned! Being able to fuck again.....priceless!!!

Answering some questions I see regularly here on the board: How much did it cost: I have good insurance (the Humana HMO, if you can believe it!!). After two surgeries, I'm about 8K out of pocket, 4k of which were my deductibles in those two years. Did I lose length: yes, around an inch. I believe I had "atrophied" to a degree in the 2.5 years between cancer surgery and my first implant. Did I lose sensitivity? Yes, a little. But not so much that I don't have great fun. Would I do this again? Duh.....yeah!

Thank you Dr. Perito, thank you Humana! And a Big thank you to Dr. Mazel, who performed my cancer surgery 4.5 years ago, allowing me to be here today!

If you're thinking of doing it.....do it.....it's been worth it for me!

Lol I'm gonna have to find that site of dedicated young professional woman to test my new implant out and catch up on years of let-downs and missed sexual encounters! Thanks LMCatman for your encouragement, I've been worried going into this but it's my last and only option left. Ready to get back in the game.

28 year old here, considering an implant and wanting to see numerous girls.

Is it obvious that you have an implant. I mean if I go to the bathroom and pump it up discreetly without letting her know, will she be able to know that I have an implant? How obvious is it if I don't pump it up infront of her?

It's not obvious visually, and if you pump it to "normal" hardness it won't be detectable unless she touches your glans in a way that makes it possible for her to feel the ends of the cylinders. If you pump it to max it will be like a railroad spike and nobody would believe it's real. The question is, what difference does it make if your partner knows you have an implant? If anything, she can be assured that you'll last as long as she needs you to.

Thanks for the feedback.

To answer your question: If we're talking about a long term relationship, I feel that you have to be definitely open with your partner about this and explain everything. It would be ridiculous to try and hide it

However, in my case I'd like to have casual sex with numerous partners, one night stands etc..
And I'm concerned that if it's too obvious it might freak the girl out. I mean I'm afraid that when I'll whip it out she'll notice something she'll consider gross or unnatural which might be a turn-off.

I don't want to be in a situation when I' m about to have sex with a new girl and I have to have a talk with her first to explain why my penis is like that. I'm hoping that I'll be able to pump it up discreetly in the bathroom and be good to go.

You can pump it in the bathroom.... I always pee before I get started.... I think most girls wouldn't notice until you stayed hard after you're done... finish with her on top......

I have been married for 42 years so it is not a consideration with me, but I agree that you can pump it to normal hardness and it would not likely be noticed. The pump in the scrotum is unnatural feeling so if she grabs that, she will likely know something is a lot different than normal. It is like a rock in there.

P,
Remember that you also have to deflate which is not a problem but takes about same time, maybe tad longer, than inflate. If she feels your ejaculation and/or perhaps wants to know when you do, she may question why you are still hard. If she has climaxed and "had enough" but wants to cuddle a while longer.....well it just does not fold away.
To me It is not a serious problem, but my GF knows and respects what I have......yet, still may make comment to "put it up". I know then that for sure it is time to deflate. If needed later on, I can always inflate again. One night stands such as you speak of will be more trying, at least til you get the one handed procedure going good.

Thanks for the info. I was not aware at all that the deflation takes effort as well. I thought it is something effortless like squeezing the bulb in a certain way so that it deflates.
