Well, I’m 3 months post surgery and I thought I might share some observations. I’ve been married for 34 years this June and about 1/3 of that wasted on E.D. My wife and I have always been close, even though sex was mostly missing from our relationship. Kisses and hugs were shared every day and we usually fell asleep each night holding each other. Now that sex is back in our lives, we’re even closer! As I think back to more normal days, I notice some differences. Of course I ended up with a good solid 4 inches to share, “solid” being the more important distinction. Yes, Shorty still reaches the sweet spot! I find myself taking more time with foreplay because I know Shorty is not gonna fade on me. I can take lots of time, and time is pleasure for my sweetheart.
I guess what I’m saying guys is this, don’t stress about what you lost! Make the best of what you got back!
Hello Shorty
Re: Hello Shorty
how many cm have you lost with the penile implant surgery?
Re: Hello Shorty
I lost about 2 1/2 inches but not because of the surgery but because of years of no cycling thanks to E.D.

I don't quite understand what you're trying to say in the bolded part. Could you clarify?

Hi,
By cycling he means having a daily erection to pump the blood to the penis. If the penis stays in flaccid state for a long time due to ed, it will lose size and will shrink. that is why getting an operation as soon as possible is very important.

You need to have erections regularly to keep your penis in shape. "It has to be essentially exercised," says Tobias Kohler, MD, assistant professor of urology at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.
To maintain a healthy tone, the smooth muscle of the penis must be periodically enriched with oxygen by the rush of blood that engorges the penis and makes it erect, Kohler says.
If a guy is physically able to get erect, but never has erections during the day -- maybe he finds himself in very un-erotic circumstances for a long time -- he needn't worry. The brain has an automatic penis maintenance function built in.
Impulses from the brain cause erections during the dreaming phase of sleep, called the REM phase. It doesn't matter if you're having a hot sexdream or a zombie apocalypse nightmare -- your penis gets hard during that period of the sleep cycle.

Thank you for the detailed response. I'm able to have decent erections with meds such as levitra and viagra which can last long enough to have sex - but they're inconsistent. Without meds I'm only able to get a short-lasting poor erection.
Based on what I said, should I be concerned about what you described happening to me?

Re: Hello Shorty
You are welcome Pockie,
Base on what I have learned, the more you wait, the more you lose. I would not wait if I were you. Also as we age due to reduction in our testosterone levels we lose size. The body just dose not want to send the blood down there any more. I don't know about your age nor your medical conditions, however think seriously about it and talk to one of the top high volume surgeons.
Best wishes,
