I was about 6" (about 15.24cm)....now I'm 5.25" (13.33) at best.... But...it works great, I have incredibly intense orgasms. When you have your first post-implant orgasm it will have been worth all the pain, money and worry....

yeah , i could fuck with viagra or cialis but the erection some times went down during sex or was not very rigid or i lose it if i wanted to change posture or put a condom, so it was a mild ED. but the lost of size is very dissapointed..... 2cm in girth and 2 cm in length change a dick a lot.... I do understand your concern but I have to say you're bit a bit unreasonable.

It's been only 3 weeks since your surgery, and you've already gained 1cm in length since then. You're not even fully inflated.
It takes time for the penis to re-strech and re-gain its size after surgery. I'm suffering from a venous leak and had a vein-removal surgery on my penis,
my penis was much smaller after surgery but it regained most of its size after 6 months, and probably all of it after a full year.
So the recovery takes time.

Talk to your doctor since you're not a skilled urogolist capable to determine whether you'll get more size. I think that you're freaking out too early.

What was your size pre-surgery?

I actually noticed the same thing. I feel as his immature and irrational attitude might affect people negatively and discourage other ED sufferers on this forum.

Whoa! Do we at FrankTalk insult and demean people who come here seeking opinions about their situation? I don't see how the comments above are helpful. I don't believe the gentleman's position reflects an "immature and irrational attitude" or "freaking out" or being "unreasonable" at all. I recommend sticking to discussing the issue (I believe it's "post implant size") and lay off the quasi-personal remarks. That written, I'm going to speak to the gentleman's concerns...

Hey guys. I had my implant done yesterday. Now my penis is like 3cm shorter and with a lot less girth.
Im partially inflated. I had a coloplast titan one touch. Do this improve after activation?

From what I've experienced and what most others here on this forum have reported, this does usually improve after activation--but it takes time. I'm talking even as much as six months to a year. Regular cycling helps. When I was first implanted I freaked out because I had initially lost an inch in length. I got it all back after a few months (along with some added girth) with pumping up every day. The floppy head, infection and lost length issues are much less prevalent than they were a few years ago. Research has provided today's dcotors and patients with significantly more satisfying results. I recommend giving it plenty of time.

First of all , thanks to those who wrote helping with their opinions and not just criticise me for say something that they dont like .
Some fórum members here only wants people to say that everything is marvellous and fantastic after surgery, well, im not going to say that, because it is not. im sharing with you guys my experience and my concerns about the surgery and recovery , im not going to lie to people here and everyone should know what to expect after surgery to make the best decision for them.
For me the size matters , and is something very important in my opinión. If my size improves with time or cycling i will write it , like i writen the bad things so people could take the best decision for them.
the only inmature persons are those that only accept the same way of thinking or opinions that they have.

fully inflated now, it is around the same length as partially inflated, maybe 2 to 3 mm more , girth is 12,5cm fully inflated, 14cm pre op.
