I believe sex drive and libido is all in your brain! I am 64 years old and as horny a dog as I've been all my life. In the 2.5 year period after my Radical prostatectomy I was still just as horny as ever - I just could not have erections. I could have orgasms from oral sex and occasionally (but rarely) give myself a hand job to orgasm.
The addition of my "new little friend" means I can fuck instead of just get blowjobs. I agree that the confidence of knowing I can get hard and stay hard until I decide I am done is terrific!
Do it - get it done - get out there and play!
and good luck!!!!

Re: question about sex drive with implant
Reiterating what others have said here, I believe the implant really gives you tremendous confidence. Most of us have been there using one drug or another, using injections not truly knowing what the outcome will be, and whether or not you'd be disappointed and disappoint your partner.
Your libido and sex drive are not really affected by this. If you have a strong sex drive it'll be the same, but now you have the confidence you'll be able to perform as well. I do think the implant will affect your libido to a certain degree. I have a Titan implant and you lose all semblance of a natural flaccid penis. It's larger, and feels unnatural - partially rigid. In this sense, you are always more sensitive being partially erect. Will it make you more horny because of the stimulation? Maybe. I think it does have some effect on me.
I did lose perhaps 1/2" of length. Being about 6" to begin with - I was naturally disappointed. But my partner says the sex is fantastic, and loss of length not really a factor. As others have said, it's better to be a little smaller and have a functioning penis than one that used to be large and in charge - but doesn't work.
I have a very high sex drive - and you will not be disappointed. A couple days ago I had sex all morning and afternoon, something I hadn't done in years. You can perform at will, and it's brought me and my partner close and intimate again. Foreplay is a little different. Your partner won't be able to 'make you grow' per se. You do lose the natural erection process. But you do not lose the growing desire, want and need as you initiate sex. The hydraulics just work a bit different
One issue that is troubling is the lack of blood flow to the glans when fully pumped. I'm trying to fully pump and stretch to regain that lost length, but the lack of blood flow almost creates a 'numbing' effect making it difficult to reach orgasm. I've found that not fully pumping, maybe going 80% works much better with blood flow to the glans and sensitivity. I reach climax much better then. So it's something that you may or may not have an issue with, but can be overcome with some adjusting, practice and patience.
Best of luck to you!
