Almost three weeks with a partial erection is not fun!!!

Postby jerseyhulk » Fri Jun 05, 2015 12:04 pm

Well as the topic reads, I'm about two and a half weeks post-op and have been trying to engage in my normal day to day activities but having a partial boner is so embarrassing! I try to even hide it at work but I'm afraid it's probably been seen a few times lol. Any good advice for keeping the beast down? I gotta go another three weeks with this thing lol! I know it will be worth it though. I got one of the best surgeons in the South and his work far exceeded my expectations! Thanks Dr. Gerard Henry! Can't wait to use my toy now but gotta get through this gruling initiation first, six weeks with a boner lol!

Loose pants or sweatpants and long shirt. Don't tuck it in.

Don't worry about the boner, other men will be jealous of you!

Thanks for all the encouragement and advice! Did anybody have trouble sleeping after the surgery? It may have something to do with what LMCatman said, I'm still in a what have I done phase. Even though I know I made the right choice!

Congrats!

I followed your other threads and am very happy that things are going well for you, and that you are happy with the implant.

How is the situation looking length-wise and girth-wise? How does it compare to pre-surgery?

Thanks for following me pockie! To answer your question about length and girth-wise, I really can't tell a difference between pre-surgery and post-surgery. I don't feel like I lost any length and if anything added some girth. I give credit to my surgeon like in many of my posts, Dr. Gerard Henry is definitely one of the best out there. I'm a young guy, 33 years old, I fought Ed for about 12 years. My biggest concern from the beginning was losing size! I straight up told Dr. Henry from the beginning that was my biggest concern. All he told me was he was gonna change my life! Brought tears to my eyes because of all the anxiety Ed brought on. He did a scrotal approach and actually made my penis look bigger by cutting out that loose turkey neck skin on the bottom of the penis that connects to the scrotum, not sure what it called lol. He advised me I have a large fat pad, which I knew, and a lot of my penis is buried in fat. If I loose weight it would actually get bigger because more of it would be exposed, so that's inspiration to loose some weight! He implanted me with an AMS 700LGX. It has the capability of expanding length and girth. He told me my length is 24.5 cm and that he doubts I would ever be able to pump it up all the way. He believes in oversizing the implant, not excessively as he told me he can't produce what's not there but oversizing enough for the patients benifit. So he had me sold from the beginning! I just told him challenge accepted! I would advise anyone with Ed or contemplating an implant, to seek Dr. Gerard Henry's counsel. You can't go wrong and you'll be in good hands. The surgery and pain is tolerable, I think the worst part is the 6 week hard on haha... It will be worth it though, I got 3 weeks left and will keep everyone posted... Take care and God bless!

If anybody interested in my surgeon check him out at, http://www.gerardhenrymd.com
You can read about all his published research and get a lot of information you maybe seeking.

Hey Jersey,

This is really exciting. Looks like you might not lose anything at all, which is a great relief. This is also my biggest concern - waking up with a tiny penis after the surgery. So it has to be feeling amazing knowing you retained almost all if not all of it.

I'm a younger guy in a similar situation as you. 29 years old and about the get an implant. Thank you for your suggestion for a surgeon, I'm already scheduled to have this done is less than 3 weeks by one of the highest volume implant surgeons on the East Coast. My surgeon also made assurances about size and specified special methods he uses to make sure the implant is as big as possible, therefore retaining as much size as possible.

Ya I'm so happy I didn't loose anything and if I did I'm sure it won't take long to gain back. My surgeon left me inflated at about 80% he said it's important for healing. So judging by my inflated size right now and the 20% I have left I'll be smooth sailing! That's good you found a qualified surgeon to do your surgery. I think that's the most important thing is to go with someone who has experience with this procedure being its a very complex organ. Don't get discouraged right after surgery when you see your size it will be very swollen and be too soon to judge. Some people on here say it can take months. I was nervous but I knew I wanted an implant and do not regret it. The shots were no longer working for me and when you get to that point you don't have many options. I'm just glad now I can live life without any anxiety about Ed. Keep us posted pockie on your progress.

Thanks for the words of encouragement! It really gives me hope to see someone with such a positive experience, since there are quite a few bad ones as well.

How big is your implant, and could you provide info regarding your pre and post-op length and girth.

I'm asking because I want to know what do expect when mine gets done.
